I just got this today so it is a bit premature to review it so quickly but I can always come back and update + or - later. I'm currently at a steady 5 stars. For the price there is only one con so I'll get that out of the way now (and it's not really a serious one). I couldn't connect my JBL Flip 4 to it and the only possible issue I came up with is the speaker's version of Bluetooth. This projector recognizes BT 5.0 and sure enough, my Flip 4 is only BT 4.x. So there it is. The projector DID discover my 2 soundbars which are in different rooms. So when the time comes to settle on where to actually use this, I'll have one of those systems BT'ed just fine. (FYI, I ended up connecting the Flip 4 with a spare 3.5 mm cable to the projector. This is why I have a large drawer full of so called useless cords and cables!) Onto the pros: Lightweight and includes a decent, what appears to be water resistant zippered case. Nice touch! The remote control (which requires 2 AAA batteries that are not included) has more buttons than I'll ever use, but the pause and play, the volume up/down, menu, set up and zoom (yes! You can zoom in and zoom back out all you want!) buttons are all right there and those will be used often. Setup was seamless and took all of 5 minutes, if that. Since I was eager to try it out right away, the unit is (very) temporarily set up on the dining room table, and without a proper screen to project to - just a blank painted white wall. I think a good quality screen will bring out even more clarity - but it's almost not necessary! TBD. I had it positioned about 6.5 feet from the wall and somehow, when I turned it on, that distance was perfect. The projector "screen" measurements were roughly 6' W by 3' H. I have not changed the position, and will be playing with it more later. It's compact enough to move it anywhere, anytime and that's a welcomed convenience. The package included a sturdy tripod - a real bonus! That will spare the user all kinds of aggravation. Have you ever tried getting a projector level? Top, bottom, left and right without one? I have. It's nearly impossible. I popped in my home recorded DVD of "Pat Garrett and Billy The Kid" and was impressed with how nice the picture was: very good contrast and really good color (especially considering how old that movie is!) And remember, I'm only projecting onto a bare wall. If you're unable to connect your sound source via Bluetooth, there are alternate methods. As with my Flip 4, the sole option is to use a 3.5 mm cable. For other speakers, there are 2 HDMI ports. Also, if you have an Amazon Fire or Roku stick, you can use their Bluetooth sound setups. I haven't tried that yet. My Parting Words: If you're thinking of getting a bigger screen TV, as I was, first consider going the route of this projector before spending hundreds of dollars. While I had never heard of this manufacturer before, I'm enough impressed right out of the gate that I may soon go up another notch in quality - they have quite a line.

This projector is so simple and has tons of features...DVD built in is perfect... plus I use it with my laptop to show my karaoke. So many features to still try and the remote makes it very easy and professional to not have to fumble with the machine. It runs pretty quietly as a bonus. The price is on point!

The projector is a good purchase but you need to keep some things in mind. Positives: 1. Sound is better than expected 2. Easy to connect a bluetooth speaker 3. DVD is easy to use 4. Stand was good, easy and remained in place 5. Easy set up, easy use, and easy to change size, positions, and direction Negatives: 1. Remote is cheap 2. Not very bright display - needs a very dark room 3. No ability to connect and use a phone for Hulu ect. 4. Wifi was confusing and once connected it did nothing Overall a good purchase for the money. I used it outside and worked good (At night)

Bought this for an outdoor family get together in June. Wanted to play a movie outside for the kids. This projector worked great. The picture was clear and large enough for everyone to see. Sound quality was great. Slipped in a disc and started playing right away. It will only play CD’s not blue-ray. It’s compact, lightweight and easy to use and store away.

This cheap projector is a massive disappointment, failing to deliver on its promised features. The biggest letdown is its advertised Wi-Fi support, which turned out to be essentially non-existent. Despite the claims of wireless connectivity, this projector did not connect as was advertised, rendering it unable to connect to networks or stream content as advertised. This false advertising is incredibly misleading and frustrating, leading to a waste of time and money. Furthermore, even beyond the Wi-Fi issue, the overall quality of the projector is subpar. The image resolution is mediocre at best, lacking clarity and sharpness. Additionally, the build feels flimsy, raising concerns about its durability and longevity. In summary, this cheap projector's failure to deliver on its promised Wi-Fi support and its overall poor quality warrants a one-star rating. It's an outright disappointment that falls short of meeting even the most basic expectations.

First of all this projector stands out from the rest, having VERY LOUD built in speakers, multiple hdmi ports, usb ports, and best of all, a built in DVD player!!! I set this up assuming I would need to add speakers but the sound is loud enough to hear it throughout the house! I can connect my xbox or switch to this projector without any problems using hdmi, and its defintely loads more fun to play some retro games with friends on a huge screen vs a regular TV. You can also connect a streaming stick (which you can get cheap now-a-days) on sale for around $20-30 sometimes on Amazon (which I strongly suggest doing, if you don't already have one) BUTTTTT if you don't want to subscribe to any streaming services, the built in DVD player works great :) I haven't been able to find any other projector with one.
