It was so easy to assemble, a caveman could do it, however the strap instructions may need to be adjusted to suit your needs. The instructions show to pull the strap under and loop around and up from the opposite side, however, it was not secure that way and was too long, but that's ok because we made it work. It had to be long enough to accomodate larger beds. This is a queen. So we looped it from under the side of the bed the rail was on, and brought it to the other side and to the top to snap together. The bed is one of those that lifts head and feet with a remote. If you get one, you want will need to put it above the bend in the bed when installing. The last bed rail had feet that touched the floor and I was worried this was not going to be as steady, but it is. I really liked the quality of the bag. It's durable and the fabric is thick. It comes with a white strap that has the brand name on it. It's basically like slap bracelet you put on the rail and it's supposed to glow in the dark. It really doesn't serve much of a purpose. The strap being sewn on the bars making things a little more difficult for the installation is the only part that was difficult. I wish it was not sewn in place and gave us more flexibility, but I'm not in the business of designing bed rails. Maybe they have a purpose. Overall it's good quality and firm in place and does the job.

It works well but it was a bit hard to put on. The pictures for the installation didn’t match the way the item was setup. I made it work. Sturdy and serves its purpose.

After a motorcycle accident it was hard to set up in bed. So, assistance was always needed. Even to get up off the side. This was easy to put together and set up for use. It took some time to find the right spot for it but we finally did. Just where the shoulders rest & upper chest area. So the hand can go in the inside of the bars for pulling myself up to sitting position. Then, I can use it to push upwards on to stand. The bag worked well for holding a bottle of water when sitting up in bed. The nightstand is too far up that it can't be reached, yet. Six broken ribs are no fun.

This bed rail is good for helping with mobility issues. I was concerned at first that it might not work as well as others with legs that go to the floor but it is working out well, especially if you use the support strap. I found it easy to assemble. The included bag is great to keep a phone, remote, or flashlight close at hand. I have been pleasantly surprised by how sturdy it is and I think it's a good product.
