    • Nice looking and seems sturdy, but what?!
Just got them today so I haven’t had a chance to try them yet. They are cool looking, I am just a little curious how the interior is going to hold up. When I bought them the description said they were scratch resistant to metal, but there are directions on each piece for how to take care of them and it specifically says “during use, the surface of the bottom of the pot may be scratched by sharp end of food material (such as bone) with a hard shell.” It also is saying that “before use, add 8 minutes of boiling water in the country and boil it for 3-5 minutes to achieve the cleaning effect,” no, I did not mistype that! It also says to prolong the service life and effect of the product, put a layer of oil on the inner wall, leave it on for more than 12 hours, and then wash before use. I have never seen anything like this before, and I have bought a lot of pots and pans in my life. I will update this after I have had a chance to use them for a bit. Fingers crossed! ... show more

The products, the packaging, are just like the pictures, and even better in person, close up. The written material is troublesome however. The sentences rample like poetry written by a 6 year old. The instructions contradict the advertised specs here, like it is not really recommended for the dishwasher, and the temperature limit is below 300F. I think these are the limits across all products in the industry, and these technologies do not get much better. So a little more honesty would be nice. The construction looks solid, almost no flaws up close, and quite detailed. The inner coating is very non stick, even hydrophobic, water is not sticking to it. Will dishwashing, and heavy use, eventually break it down? Probably, but the price is right. With good recycling, it is very affordable to replace every 2-3 years. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am writing this after three months of use. The sticky substance that I thought was the coating coming off was not there after I put it through the dishwasher. I guess it just needed a good scrub. I'm writing this update about two months after use. #1 - It seems as though the non-stick coating is coming off after just a few uses. I will not use to cook anymore. The coating now has a sticky texture to it, like its slightly melted, it feels a little like glue....Scared to cook on it. #2 - The exterior brass coating is also coming off. I guess you get what you pay for. When I first got them, I was very happy, after use, not so much. Original Review: 100%, I would buy these again. They are simple to clean, they are durable, they look great, exceeded my expectations. I don’t write many reviews, I only write reviews of things are horrible or if they are great. I bought these on the premise of durability and quality, they sure look it huh? I've had the pans for about a month and they are great( at first ) . The non stick coating is definitely NON STICK and works really well. My problem I'm having is; I only cook with wood utensils, sometimes I use Teflon but the non-stick coating already has a scratch in the coating and it looks to bee pretty thin. I won't use the scratched pan anymore due to the complete and utter determination not to consume the coating with my meals. I threw it away today, sad.
