Installed this tankless hot water heater, it says not to install in a cabinet, i however did, I made vent holes for the cabinet so that it had air circulation, and vented the exhaust out side, and it works perfectly. Gets up to a whopping 140° and will stay hot with no issues. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to swap from a tank to a tankless, and may purchase one for my own house.

Ordered 11/8/25 delivered 11/10/25. Product appears to be solid. Bought everything to install and prepped for installation. completed install 11/12/25 only two visits to supply house my fault. Fired right up hot water almost immediately. Had a few questions and emailed customer service and they responded within 24hrs. Only wish they had a chat function or phoneline CSR. the only issue I have had is setting up the recirculation, so I don't have to wait for cold water in the lines to heat. Other than that, so far happy with this product. I'll have to wait a little while to see if I get and negatives. Oh, one other issue. After I purchased and installed this unit it went on sale on black Friday for 112.00 less. Think someone would have known and let me know to wait a couple weeks. Trying to see if maybe I can get some type of credit. Will let you know. I would recommend this to anyone, and install is easy if you are a good DIYer. If not, the savings might pay for the professional installer.

What ever you set the temp to that's what you get. We have no complaints. We bought 2 since we have 5 bedroom 3 and 1/2 baths one with dual head showers. We never run out of hot water. Just remember there is a 45 min timer if you run more than that you need to turn of hot water and back on again and you get another 45 minutes. Safety feature. Also has recirculation feature in which you can always have hot water without waiting. Just need to add a return line. Very easy to install. When you see how small they are compared to standard hot water heater you won't believe it. Best replacement.

I had this water heater for 11 days before the control board went bad. For some reason my order was no returnable to amazon and I can't find the actual company that makes it to get a warranty replacement so I'm out $800 bucks Do Not Buy!

We added a two person hot tub to the master bathroom and the 40 gallon tank water heater could not handle filling the tub. We removed the 40 gallon gas water heater and installed the tankless gas heater. It was a breeze. My son and I remodeled the utility closet a while back to put in a water softener. We temporarily hooked up the pex lines to test the new water heater. It looks a little rough but it is for testing. Could not beat the price. I'll let you know if it does the job (filling the hot tub). 🙂

This is a gas powered electric assist. 120 V, water heater on demand it comes with your vent. Your exhaust vent and your your pipe. It comes with the gas line for natural gas and according to the specs. It will take both natural gas and propane. I'll give you a SnapShot of that which is important. Because for me propane's easier, considering we only use the hot water sporadically, so a 100 pound propane. Our bottle would be perfect and it's cheaper than having them. Bring natural gas up to it. Us, so this is gonna work out real nice. It's Forced exhaust type gas water heater. And it full auto Ignition with water control type gas inlet is half inch water in and out is half inch AC. Is 1:20 rated? Power is 44 W circulation boost is 85 W flue. Diameter is 60, so I can tell you, it's a really sharp looking unit. It's getting really cold in my part of the world. So this will have to wait to be installed until Next year or this spring I can't wait to put it to use according to the factory. This thing will push 2 showers and 2 sinks at the same time with no issues. Whatsoever. And for my family, we have one shower and 3 sinks, so it should be a perfect, especially when we're doing laundry. And stuff? That way, we're not using 240 V, 24 hours a day to keep our water warm. I can't wait to get this put in. It's got a real nice stainless steel, exterior and electric digital face with touch. Buttons. Gosh almighty, it even comes with, uh your your. Uh, your different valves and stuff that you might need to install it. That also comes with screws and mounting bolts and Teflon. Tape, it's an excellent setup like I said. I'm chopping at the bit for the opportunity to put this in this spring and it comes. Just, you know, all you gotta do is hang it on a stud near your water supply and have your gas outlet set up for me. That's going to be coming through the wall. With a foam seal, and it'll attach directly to a 100 200 pound propagan. Main bottle, which I'll wrap in a heat a wrap in the insulating blanket. So it doesn't freeze over in the winter, etc. But this is awesome. It's worth the money and it's not gonna be that hard to install. If you want on demand high

Makes hot water fine until you get in the shower then it shuts off. Called customer service and they told me that’s normal because there’s not enough flow to keep unit on. This unit came with no operating manual only a vague installation instructions.
