I bought this to add some detail to the back of my dress as the bottom is sort of plain and this will do very well. It's a Beautiful veil! Yes it has a few minor flaws but it does not in any way take away from the Beauty and loveliness of it. It was upon my second inspection that I even noticed them, and I had to be really close to see it. I ordered white and the white of my dress will go perfectly with it. I was a bit worried about the shipping as it wasn't updating, but a day and a half before it was scheduled to arrive, that all started coming through. It took about 4-5 days to get to me. I’m so glad I purchased this for my wedding. I was originally going to wear a shorter veil but I really wanted a long one and after seeing other reviews and pictures I got it a week before my wedding. The veil David’s tried to sell me was $500. Nope. Is this one of lesser quality? Of course it is. Is it of similar appearance? Almost exactly the same. For something that will be worn for 2 hours at most, it was well worth the money. The white was actually white and matched the dress perfectly.

I bought this veil along with some others off Amazon for my wedding in December. I loved the added appliqué and was hoping it would match the appliqué on my dress. When I opened the package, the color was a little bit more white than I was hoping (my dress is off-white), but the appliqué was gorgeous! Overall, it was a little too over powering for my dress, though. I bought this one to try because I read a lot of people said it stayed down in the wind, which I thought was a good thing considering I am getting married in December. When I had it on, I could definitely feel how it would stay down during a windy day. But, that also meant it shrunk when I walked. So, instead of being a wide flowing veil, after a few laps around the kitchen, it was basically just a straight line down the center of my body. I think this is a great price for the quality and appearance of the veil. It just didn't match the look I was hoping to achieve. I would recommend this to anyone who has a more simple dress with less design. And I would definitely recommend it for any outdoor weddings! ... show more

okay guys. for the price... this veil was an absolute fairy tale! i would highly recommend if you’re on a budget! after the wedding the end threading was a little torn up... but what would you expect from something so long (and freakishly cheap!)

I just happened to be having lunch with my matron of honor when this arrived. Personally, I thought it was perfect -- but my MOH immediately started picking apart everything that was wrong with it and recommended I send it back (I didn't). Here's the deal - It's really really really pretty, but if you look closely, you can see that the stitching is very poor quality. I don't care, and I'm going to wear it anyway (oh yeah -- and while you're balking at the photo, you should know the dress in the picture is not my wedding dress - just a random white dress I put on to see how it looks). I'll only be wearing my veil down the aisle and in a few pictures. Absolutely noone will notice the flaws, and I'd rather have a less than perfect veil for $20 than have a perfect veil for $300. ... show more
