I like this camera a lot. It has clear images and has been reliable. It has a fixed position, so you don't have to adjust it and there's no worrying about accidentally bumping into it and changing the angle. It is hardwired, with all cords hidden, which is nice. Installation is a bit tricky, but not awful -- I recommend just removing the mirror then replacing it when the camera is in place. I had trouble with installation until I finally just removed the mirror and did it that way. The camera only runs when the Jeep ('s electric) is running. You can buy an adapter, but it is currently over $60 US, and looks huge -- I have no idea how you would stuff the box and wiring into the mirror. The camera holds a micro SD card, and can also be accessed via app and a WiFi connection. (Do NOT use symbols in your password!) The camera looks great in my JL because it is barely noticeable unless you are thinking about how the mirror usually/used to look. You do need to format the SD periodically. If it gets too full, the video clips are only a second or two long each, and it is very annoying. Snapshots also need to be downloaded quickly (Each night or is fine with my driving habits.) because they will be deleted by the looping video. Some videos are automatically locked by the camera/app, and I haven't found an easy way to delete/unlock them without reformatting the card.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this dash cam for my Jeep Gladiator! Super easy to install — took just a few minutes and looks completely factory. This cameras fit and finish looks amazing when installed. There is no bulky unit stuck on the windshield. The installation is super simple. Hardest part is tucking the wires up inside and keeping them in while you snap the camera in place. Less than 10 minutes and your up and working. From the driver seat you don't even notice it's there.

Easy to install. But takes time to hide wires perfectly in the small box space. Its not as clear but quality is still good. Tips for the gps wire, I tucked it in the small area in the camera on the left side. Then the Y plug on the bottom goes in the hole and the other wire lays on the pole of the mirror. It sits very flushed and oem look.

I feel the product is not correct for all Jeep Wrangler JL's from 2018 to 2024, the camera doesn't click in to the rear view mirror correctly and the camera housing doesn't hold the power correctly as well. The video the manufacturer provided is inaccurate as well.

The camera installed very easy, looks like OEM item, maybe better than OEM. The wire harness is provided and works perfect, camera clips to the back of factory mirror, if you get the rear camera option the wire installs easy under trim. The tool is provided for moving plastic trim to install rear camera wire. The camera works automatically when Jeep is turned on. The quality of video and audio are very good. Mangoal even provides the required SD card.

I hardly know the camera is there, except it talks to me in a foreign language on startup. I've used the app, and it works so far. Love how inconspicuous it is. Haven't tried it at night, but daytime video is great.
