Worked great... until it didn't! We used this unit for about a month. Like others here, I didn't love that you had to bend over to fill a glass because it is so short. I also didn't love that it dispensed water so incredibly slowly. But overall, it did what I asked, which is dispense water and provide ice when needed. Until it spontaneously dumped about 4 gallons of water onto my floor in the middle of the night. Frigidaire doesn't provide support for this unit, they refer you to Curtiscs. After reading other reviews, I'm not expecting Curtiscs to provide support either. Hoping I can get a refund. ... show more

The temperature control on this Frigidaire 3-in-1 is perfect — hot water is instant and cold water stays crisp. The ice comes out consistently and is soft enough to chew, which is a huge plus. It does sit a bit low, so placing it on a small stand makes it way more comfortable to use. It can get a little noisy when the ice finishes making, but it’s not constant. Only thumbs down is the ice maker bin is not insulated enough to keep ice for long periods of time, you have to take out and bag but other than that amazing! Cooler looks nice. The concept is nice. The ice maker worked well but the ice container is small. It's somewhat different to get ALL the ice out if you choose to save some. Water was cold but came out so slow. I tried to get over it but it was so slow I returned the unit. May work for you if you only fill coffee cups. Ice maker is noisy. Water cooler is medium noise.
