Great for what it does, which is cool water, hot water, and ice making. Recommend you put it on a stand so you're not bending over. Cool water comes out really slow.

Zero stars for sure. The worst purchase I've ever made on Amazon in the history of buying things on Amazon. This should be against Geneva conventions to buy this as a gift or sell this in the United States. It's small. It's noisy. It's slow. It's got a crappy sticker that says place up here that you can't remove. The water dribbles out like an eyedropper. The whole thing made a clicking noise one day and all the water just rushed out to the bottom. Run as far as you can away from this thing. Complete garbage. Absolutely Love! Makes great ice!! Hot water is hot, it's great for hot chocolate and ramen. Only thumbs down is the ice maker bin is not insulated enough to keep ice for long periods of time, you have to take out and bag but other than that amazing! I love it!!!! I buy a lot of that stuff off of Amazon due to hating to go out in public, but this has got to be one of my favorite investments. Sorry, a lot of clutter kitchen is being worked on. Cooler looks nice. The concept is nice. The ice maker worked well but the ice container is small. It's somewhat different to get ALL the ice out if you choose to save some. Water was cold but came out so slow. I tried to get over it but it was so slow I returned the unit. May work for you if you only fill coffee cups. Ice maker is noisy. Water cooler is medium noise.
