We had a Comfortbilt Stove as well as an Englander and this is the best stove out of the 3. The pellet feed speed is easily controlled with the remote, as is the air flow. We tend to run it on pellet feed 2 and fan on 4 and really heats the VT farmhouse well. The house was built in the 1800's and the last time any insulation was done was in the 1970's. They had blown in cellulose insulation, and it found every mouse hole in the cupboards--was my grandmother MAD. It has settled, so insulation is spotty, yet this stove will heat the downstairs rooms to around 76 if you have it on high, even when it is below zero. There are many modes the stove can be run on (we like manual) and a bag of pellets will go us 18 hours. I really like the ash pan, and it is easy to remove without dumping ashes all over. I also like the fact that the auger is not exposed directly to the burn pot, so there is no carbon build up you need to chip off when cleaning the stove. This stove is a winner!

A great pellet stove. The various control features make this stove a one of a kind. The way it regulates to maintain temperature is awesome. It is not just a turn on and off stove to meet the required temperature. Also the sleek look of it makes it fit it smaller areas and not take up a lot of room. I have had pellet stove in the past and this one is the best yet. I would recommend this stove for anyone looking for one.

I had a little issue with the temp censer and I contacted PelletHead and Nate took care of me right away! The stove was very easy to hook up and setup. I was burning pellets in just a few hours. It puts out great heat and I really like the different modes it has. I really like the ECO mode as it looks like it will save me money on pellets. One of the other things I liked is there are a lot of videos on you tube on how to setup, start up, program and clean the stove. Nothing better than watching someone do it for you the first time. One last thing, not only does it come with a remote I can use from my lazyboy chair...it comes with WIFI for my phone!!?? WHAT?! Yes, I can adjust the temp, fire height and fans from my appt on the phone. I give this stove a 10 out of a10 and would recommend it and PelletHead so far.

Overall a good pellet stove. It lights quickly, runs quietly and does a nice job of heating the house and maintaining consistent temperature. It does take a little longer to get to that temp than my previous one, and the hopper DOES NOT hold 40 pounds, probably more like 30. But I am more than satisfied with the unit especially at this price point. Would recommend 👍.

Setting up the stove was breeze. Taking apart the stove clean is also easy as well with tools provided. Replacing the side panels with ceramic tiles was easy as well. I needed to order some new gaskets for the stove and I called in to customer service and they sent them out right away. Could not be more pleased and it kicks out the heat.

First of all, for the expensive price of this stove, this should include everything! I.E. stove pipe, stove pipe vent, stove pipe cleaning kit… not impressed upon opening the package and realizing for $2200. This did not include what we needed to start using this like ALL the other similar stoves do. I’ll update my review after one week of using but this was a disappointing start Update after putting it together, many trials and errors later, we’re on week three of using it, and I’m not blown away at all. This is a VERY TRICKY stove. It’s temperamental, sometimes the temperature sensor works and sometimes it’s way off. The pellets burn super hot making the front glass part turn black. There is very little customer service, only email which they are not very responsive to, so far I am not satisfied and I’d warn others to not buy this particular pellet stove. It has far too many issues, there are much better companies with good customer service and a much more superior pellet stove. I Do not recommend. Keep looking and do your research!

Well, this stove preforms better than we anticipated. Last year we had an ice storm that knocked out the power for 3 days so we knew we needed a heat source beyond electricity. This stove is the answer! It lights up in about 4 minutes and warms up very quickly. We are very happy with this pellet stove and ready for the next storms this winter!
