Decent chair, it is easy to install, takes me 15 minutes, comfort for my back and neck. This chair looks exactly what it looks like in the picture, the back support is adjustable and foldable by way. I like it, previously I don't want to buy one like that, but now I see, it is worthy.

I really hoped I would like this chair. And there are things I do like about it. The seat is nice and large, which is great for me, a larger person, who does not know how to sit in chairs correctly. The base is also nice and wide, which means it's less likely to tip when I sit in it incorrectly. But...the cushion is thin and doesn't offer any support. The back also offers little support. I'm buying an additional cushion in hopes that it will stop hurting the backs of my thighs and my back. It's amazing how little cushioning this chair actually has. I'm thoroughly disappointed with that, and really that alone. Otherwise it would be an amazing chair. EDIT: At about two months I noticed a few little tiny holes in one of the arm rests. I thought at first that one of my cats had scratched it. But it turns out there are some sharp pins or staples or something under the material on the arm rests. Over time, they have started poking through and now I can't rest my arm on that side because it will scratch me. I am very disappointed by how much I spent on this chair for it to be this uncomfortable and poor quality. EDIT 2: Well, if I could take away my single star, I would. Not only are there more pins poking out from the arms, but now it won't stay up. I am well below its weight limit, or I'd think it was that. Nope. Within about 30 minutes of sitting down, the height goes from all the way up to all the way down. The padding seems even flatter now, too. This is the most uncomfortable chair I've ever owned and $200 I wish I hadn't wasted.

The HeroSet Big and Tall Office Chair is the most comfortable office chair I have ever worked in. It is very supportive and very comfortable to sit in for long periods, and I am able to stay in it for hours without having any issues at all. The headrest can be adjusted because it is very easy to achieve the perfect place for my neck and head. It slides smoothly and doesn't make any creaking noises when I recline, which is a huge upgrade over other chairs that I've had. All in all, the quality and comfort are definitely worth the price, and I would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a strong and supportive office chair.

This chair is very soft and comfy. The seat is big and the back gives good support. The armrests feel nice, and the wheels roll easily. It looks cool and is great for sitting a long time. I really like it!

This chair wasn't that hard to put together and it seems to be fairly sturdy I'm a really heavy guy and haven't had any problems with it so far. It's comfortable enough for short to midterm use but since I work on my computer all day it does start to become uncomfortable after hour or two. I had to resort I'm using an extra cushion on the seat to help alleviate that somewhat. The back is comfortable enough and the arm rests rotate up and down which is a nice option when you want to slide your chair under a table and the rollers on it seem to work fine if there was more cushioning the seat I'd probably give this a five-star rating for the price I paid for it.

Just got this office chair for my restaurant office and I’m really happy with it. easy to put together, and feels pretty solid. I’ve been using couple times and it’s very comfortable. The design looks nice too – simple but modern. Definitely a good buy!
