I ordered 3 of these chairs for the office. We all like the chairs very much, they are nice looking and very comfortable. However, the two of the chairs, the base only moves in a circular (helicopter style) movement, no front/back movement. When we take the base off and switch it it moves fine, so it is not the chair itself just a defect in the base. I have reached out to the company in hopes they will send me two new bases without having to return both chairs but they have not responded.

I’ve been using this chair for about a month now and I can honestly say it’s a big upgrade from my previous one. Putting it together was very easy and straightforward. the manual was clear and everything was labeled well and I was surprised at how quickly I was able to set it up. The cushioning feels supportive and is comfortable even after sitting for long hours. What stands out the most for me is the lower back support. With other chairs, I would usually experience stiffness and pain in my lower back during extended work and study sessions, but with this one my lower back feels completely fine even after prolonged sitting. I also really enjoy the rocking feature, it makes reading books more relaxing. One added feature that would make it even better would be adjustable armrests for extra customization, but overall it is a solid chair that offers great value for the money and works well for my everyday use.
