I have tried so many office chairs and, since I spend so much time sitting in one, I finally found one that I can keep. It was extremely easy to assemble ( my husband had it done in 10 minutes) and cushions my bottom and supports my back. It is easily adjustable and is great value for the money. I have had it for a few months now--much longer than any office chair has made it in my house--and it's still extremely comfortable. IMPORTANT UPDATE: I had hip surgery and realized that, although this chair is still going strong and is EXTREMELY comfortable, it was the wrong size for my height & body weight, thereby causing pain with my new hip. Exactly a year after I purchased this chair, I submitted a message to the seller explaining my medical situation. They responded by giving me a full refund. I am not opening a can of worms here by stating this fact. Every situation is different. However, they responded to me in 24 hours! I had originally left them a five star review for the product being comfortable because I had purchased different chairs that I thought would be comfortable (and were in the store) only to find that they didn't work right when I brought them home. Now, a year later, this real leather product doesn't have a scratch on it and would be so comfortable for someone heavier and taller than me. I'm 5.6 and weigh 117 lbs. So, the bottom line is that this chair is well-priced, backed by the company, is super comfortable and holds up well!

I bought this chair to replace an old heavy Ashley Furniture executive office chair I've had for the past 10+ years. The old chair lost a lot of its cushion, the fabric was peeling off, and the fake wood on the legs was chipping. So it was nice to move on to something else. This new chair is good. Not as high of quality in the build, but it ticks all the boxes I was looking for and it was a good price. That being said, this chair is decent, and was easy to put together. I like the color and size of the chair. Honestly wanted to avoid a black chair this time and was torn between Khaki and Brown, but I think the Khaki looks nice and brightens up the room a bit. The materials are good and the "leather" feels softer and more premium than my old chair, so hopefully this one holds up cosmetically for a while. The cushion on the seat also feels a lot more springy and solid than my old chair which I could feel the hard bottom when sitting on it too long. The back support seems solid on this chair also, and is good for sitting up straight. I can't really say if it's better or not from other chairs, as I haven't had any back pain to begin with, but I can definitely feel more support with the backrest of this chair. I'm not really one to recline, so I just left it how it was out of the box. The chair does recline, but that isn't something I'm really doing. If anything I lean forward a lot. The chair doesn't really "hug" my back or bottom, and overall feels like any other office chair, so it doesn't dramatically feel bigger or built for a larger person. It just feels like a normal office chair. What I really like and what sets this chair apart from most is that the arms fold up. This was a must-have for me because I do sometimes like to play a guitar or take lessons at my desk, and folding the arms out of the way allows me to use this chair comfortably. I was recently at Office Depot trying out their selection of chairs and none of them seemed to feel this good as far as quality or comfort, but the ones that were decent costs $500 or more. I wouldn't waste your money at a big box store. It's a far better option to get a chair like this which is just as good but far cheaper. And heck, you can always upgrade the wheels or get a cushion later on or add a blanket or something if you really want to make it more comfortable or last longer.

UPDATE The company read the review and contacted me and they supplied a replacement, promptly. Received the new chair and so far so good after a couple of weeks. Comfortable and have had no issues with the operation and stability. If it holds up till summer I will revisit the review. Chair was / is comfortable - Locking handle keeps coming unlocked and it leans back, often and is now broken. I'm not a little gouy, 240, but when you lean back expecting it to not go all the way back that's enough to add to much stress on the back. Even with constantly checking I end up almost flipping out of the chair. Ergonomic Big and Tall is not really true, at all So if you are 150 or lower this might stay together longer than this one did.

My husband bought this to replace a chair he used for 10 years that was starting to hurt his back. The chair definitely requires two people to assemble the back to the seat - and it wasn't easy to do. My husband said it would have been better if they made the screws a little bit longer. He likes it, says it's comfortable. He is a big guy, and it holds his weight. The color is different, and more attractive than the same ole black chairs that are offered. One thing to be aware of, if you have cats (and probably same will be true for dogs), be careful with them on this chair. One of our cats jumped on it and tore two tiny holes with her claws that were not even that sharp. We never had this problem with his old leather chair, but this faux leather was so quick to puncture. I was able to repair the holes with a vinyl repair kit, but could not match the chair's unique color. It's an ugly repair but at least the holes will not rip further.
