I love it very well. Easy to use. On show of demoes they show with hard plastic case. Mind was semi hard. Can you get a hard case. Hard case well protect mind better. Let know if you can get a hard plastic case.

    • Does not do what they said it would do. Inferior scan tool
I asked questions before I bought this thing and I was told it would be the tests I was seeking. (Subaru EVAP testing and Toyota TPMS disable.) Well I know the Subaru EVAP test it does not do. But it is much worse than that. Problem number 1, it would not register. I entered my email address, it said it would send me a code to enter to register and it never did. I tried for 4 days. Finally I contacted their support and they got it registered via the method. The next thing I did was try to update. It would not update. I downloaded about 4 or 5 but after that it stopped. I again waited for days for it to finish the updates. It never did. It showed 163 updates needed. Ranging from 5K to 500M+. I tried the smallest ones first. Like I said a few did. But after that nothing. I tried over and over. Tried different wifi networks, logging in, logging out, restarting, etc. It made no difference. I know it was connecting because it has a browser and I was able to get to the web and browse. So the network part was working. It was their servers not working or it did not enable my account to update the device. After a week plus of this I sent it back. Support was PROMPT, but in the end INEPT. They had no way to solve the problem. Oh, one other thing: Sitting on the desk, turned off, it 100% drained the device in about 18 hours. It was off, it was not updating it was doing nothing. By morning the thing was dead and I had to recharge it to start trying again. It is a useless device. ... show more

This is a great tool and they provide updates and includes all manufacturers for vehicles on one scanner for decent cost. It allows many types of resets and readings. This is decent scanner for this price range. I am sure there are better scanners in same price range this is wireless Bluetooth it works very well for me! Shop around ask a friend who is mechanic on which unit and features you want before you buy. This serves my purpose and use well. FIRST. I am just a regular dude that TCB and in a flash`. Say control and self reliance. That is what you get. i a not a pro and i know. however, this device allows me to manage systems that i have been locked out of. any product close to the features of this price point will cost you double. if you have had experience using code readers, your learning curve is minimal. with every window and function i toggled through, i found my excitement to be unbridled and let FNA fly to the top of my lungs. i hope that you get that and all the product offers as i did. ... show more

    • You don't know what cars are supported until you have the tool
I bought this tool specifically for cars I own (2020+), however, when I received it and upgraded all the modules, I found that some of the cars are not supported. I contacted support but have not heard back. Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing if your car is on the list, just the brands.

Reads codes like it's supposed to I haven't been able to get it to perform any diagnostic functions. Just when I think I might have it the vct, the wireless connection point between the obd2 port and the unit lose connection. I would return this if I was still in my Amazon return period. But because I don't use it daily it has taken a while to finally come to the conclusion that I am not doing something wrong with it. ... show more
