When I this I thought I was getting toe medium-sized ball-bearings that I would as shiny globe decorations. What I got is two heavy weights. If you drop this on your foot you will be in the emergency room, probably headed for surgery. I was thinking of doing the spinning thing in my hands but first of all 2.5 inches in diameter is bigger than I thought. You can't hold two in your hand. They supposedly weigh only 2.3 pounds but I guess in ball-bearing form it just feels heavier. I was working out with them all day.
