    • Does not hold a charge.
This product was great for a few days. After a few weeks the vacuum no longer holds a charge and we can only use it for a few minutes at a time. I do not recommend, we’ve had it for almost two months, not an acceptable lifespan.

    • Works ok at best. Has a few flaws. Company unresponsive.
This was kind of a disappointing purchase considering 7000+ ranked it 4 stars and better. I was looking for a cordless vac that I could also use on some of the carpeted areas in the house. It worked fine on low pile rugs and carpet. But it had trouble on more plush carpet. Trouble to the point of the brush seizing up. This was remedied by simply turning the vac off and then back on. I found that if you maintain some upward pressure on the wand it would work ok. The biggest problem is with the battery. Charging was wonky in that when I first connected the charger to the battery the light flashed a few times and then went out. Charged? Nope. Worked for about 5 minutes and stopped. Charged again and this time it went for about 5 minutes. Fully charged? Nope. Connected it once more, this time it charged for about 2 hours. Fully charged? I think so but there’s really no way to tell. Another problem was that the battery does not fully lock into place. It has a release latch, but you only need to gently pull the battery without touching the latch and it comes off. The hanger for the unit is even flimsy. The worst part, for me anyway, is the inability to locate an extra battery for this unit and the lack of response from the manufacturer. I asked a question about this here and after a couple days there’s been no response. I’m asking about a battery… You’d think that the manufacturer would have a ready solution for this. Or even one of the 7000+ who ranked this item so high would speak up. I even sent the question to the email listed in the manual. Nothing. I really tried to get some help before doing this review.     • It was great until it wasn't
less than 60 days after purchase the rollers stopped turning which caused dog hair to just move around and never get picked up - The light no longer works.
