Great quality
Size: 3500 Games & 32" Screen
They really do mean "Commercial" with this unit, it is robust and would stand up to serious abuse. The sound and video quality are great. The joysticks, buttons, and trackballs are very high quality and will take you back to your youth playing the old school machines. It came in perfect condition and required no assembly other than putting on the optional leveler feet. Then it was just plug it in and play. On top of that the service from the company was outstanding. Less than 24 hours after ordering this here it was in my living room. Their driver worked late (9pm) to get it to me even after I told him he didn't need to. I live in the same metro area as their warehouse so don't expect this everywhere but the takeaway is that the overall attitude from them is very customer focused.

If not now, when?
Size: 3500 Games & 32" Screen
I always promised myself that when I got older I’d have an arcade in my basement. I’ve only had for about a week and it’s a blast! I forgot about so many games when I was a kid and the memories just came flooding back. The games are just how I remember from Spy Hunter to Paperboy. The only thing better than the system was the customer service. Brian who I think is the owner sent his delivery crew back out to my house to help me get it down the basement. Ed and Amir the delivery team were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the type of company that deserves your business. Once my friends and family play the games and I tell them of this great experience, I can guarantee Brian will be receiving many more orders. Thanks again!

Great product and great customer service
Size: 3500 Games & 32" Screen
Excellent machine that makes you feel like you're in the arcades again. Had some issues with shipping, but I went through support and they were extremely helpful in making sure that it got delivered even if I did have to wait a bit longer.

The machine has all the games we could hope for.
Size: 3500 Games & 32" Screen
The only issue that we did not like is that if you turn the machine off all of your scores are erased. So for now we just leaving on all the time. Great addition to our game room.

Excellent Craftsmanship & Customer Sevices
Size: 3500 Games & 32" Screen
The cost is absolutely worth it. Premium materials, components, and build quality. Incredibly impressed...especially since they delivered it almost two weeks earlier than the estimate!
