I needed a heater for my back patio to enjoy the evenings out when I got cold. I ordered this one in particular because of its sleekness and I thought it would provide a great amount of heat over my patio area. When the heater arrived, I assembled it in my home. It was very easy to assemble. I like the design of the heater and that a cover was included. Once completed I had no idea it was going to be as tall as it was. I was a little nervous and didn’t think I could transport it outside without dissembling it but I was able to and it appeared to be about 7-8ft (I did not look at the dimensions before buying it). It can fit on my deck (see picture) and also looks nice on my lower patio because there's more space; however, we can’t really feel the heat unless we are standing next to it. Turning up the propane emits more heat but my wife still needs to be next to the heater to actually feel the heat. She gets very cold. I think because it is so tall the heat is at the top of the heater as opposed to the bottom which is where you are sitting. I also think that maybe having one heater isn’t enough for the amount of heat we both want to feel on those chilly nights.

We wanted a deck heater. Instead of the common mushroom looking outdoor heater, we wanted a decorative unit. The Pyramid Patio Heater checked all the boxes. The exposed glass fire/heating tube is truly stunning. Located between two couches, you can feel the heat for several feet away from the unit. From an assembly perspective, the process was fairly simple - easy for any skill level. Note, the unit when assembled is tall, so you'll need a ladder for the final TOP assembly.

Beautiful heater, clear assembly instructions. Unfortunately the supplied assembly bolts were substandard soft metal and were very easily crossthreaded and stripped. 6 of 16 pre threaded holes needed to be drilled out and hardware replaced with appropriately harder metal bolts. Cometicly and functionally it is a good heater.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased for outdoor patio. Was concerned since price was so good, but this is of very good quality and works great. Looks fantastic and actually puts out heat pretty well - although probably not quite as much as alternative models with heat that comes from top. I didn’t want that because I was going to use this unit under an arbor and had just 16” clearance. Not hard to put together, but allocate 45 mins. I highly recommend. I was turned off, however, by the letter I received after purchase bribing me w a gift card to write a good review. Not right. And, wasn’t needed!

I am very excited to receive this foowin patio heater. Winter is coming and I am going to hold a party in my backyard. I've read a lot about this kind of outdoor heater and I think its flame is the coolest thus far. The heater is about 80-90 inches high so it's best to assemble this heater with a help of another friend. My dad and I completed the installation in about an hour. Although there were alot of accessories, it is not difficult at all to install them as long as you follow the step-by-step instruction from the box. I couldn't wait to add the propane tank after installation, and the result was just as I expected. It is very warm and for some reason it felt even warmer when watching the flame burning in the middle. I hope that winter will come sooner and we can have dinner and gathering outdoors with the company of this heater.

Super happy with our new Foowin patio heater. It really cranks out the heat during our chilly Seattle evenings ... and the flame is really nice to watch. It's mesmerizing. It was not TOO complicated to put together as long as you pay close attention to which fasteners you are using for each step. It was super easy to start up. It pretty much worked perfectly the very first time we attempted to light the pilot light ... and has worked flawlessly each time we have started it up. The heater is not overly heavy. We have a rug on our patio that I have to roll the heater over every time I want to move it and it requires a small amount of "wrangling" due to the small-ish sized wheels, but that's only a minor nit. Overall we are really happy with the heater.

We purchased this to add something extra to our deck for the cooler summer and fall nights this past year and this thing did not disappoint! Assembly went fairly well. The flames this thing puts out is amazing to view...actually stare at. The heat output is certainly acceptable, however, not as hot or direct as our other standard mushroom patio heater. This is only due to the larger reflector on the mushroom style and the fact that the glass on this pyramid unit actually radiates heat evenly all around the unit so it keeps a small group evenly warm approximately 6 feet around the heater. The quality seems really high to me so I've been very pleased with that as well. We are very happy with this purchase and would do it all over again!

I bought 2 of these for our outdoor gazebo area. I love the way they look. We've gotten many compliments on them. The only issues was putting the 1st one together. The panels had screw and hole alignment issues. We fixed on our own, but it was a pain. They do not hold propane very long. We used these maybe 4 gatherings with family and friends before we were empty. Overall I would defently reccomended.
