When I first received my TRIKE 700W I was delighted , it was everything they claimed it was . I wrote it around for 17 miles and then all of a sudden stopped working. I contacted Amazon and they put me in contact with the producer. Working through Amazon and emailing back and forth directly with the company that made the scooter they determined that the throttle assembly was probably to blame. They sent me I knew throttle assembly which was extremely easy to install. And that was the problem . The trike is working great again. It's nice to know that a company will stand behind their product and work with you to solve a problem. This trike is far more powerful than my old mobility scooter. It's lighter and folds up, will be much more convenient to carry in the car. It's ability to climb Hills is far greater. I'm a big fellow about 265 lbs , and the third speed it moves along at 14 miles an hour, I don't think I want to go any faster. It has three speeds and a shopping mode so you can control the speed very well. Has your motor on each rear wheel, and quite a bit of storage room to haul small items around. My wife makes fun of me because she says I over-research things and take long to decide. Well, she's right and, in this case, my research paid off! This scooter is perfectly quiet, very strong & sturdy, and yet VERY nimble and gives multiple speed options, easily surpassing other scooters. It's just the right size and folds and unfolds with ease and the size when folded makes it easily transportable! It also comes with 3 separate storage options (front cargo tote, rear portfolio carrier and metal basket) all included! Just so you know, I had previously purchased a mobility device that cost about 3 times as much and returned it because it wasn't quiet, topped out at barely walking speed and was much heavier and harder to transport. I am much happier with this scooter and should also add that customer service has been exceptional and quick to respond to any questions. I definitely recommend this purchase! ... show more

This scooter is amazing. It has great build quality, folds up easily to put out of the way, and has really good power. i will use in Mode 1, but my husband tested in mode 3 (full power). He is a bigger guy and said it easily accelerated to full speed even uphill to 13mph. He mentioned to slow way down for cornering to avoid tipping, but he was overly impressed. ... show more

This item came today, first the battery and later the rest to make it complete. The seller describe it perfectly it arrived and it took less than 15 minutes to attach the little things. It was already fully charge, this item is fast. Black made of strong metal, folds easy, Yes I rode it through the house, it has a front head light, comfortable seat, everything you need, 2 sets of keys one for the battery and the other to get you going. I love it tomorrow I will take it outside and ride until the battery wear down. No more waiting to get to use the one in the store, this is great and it belongs to me. works great!!!! gives the ability to go places and not feel like a Burdon on my family its been a god send able to go to the store shopping and see friends and family small light easy to fold up. One thing though there a lock on the battery to turn it on manual didn't say anything on it. but the manufacture was very helpful and can get replacement parts and such just win win win ... show more

I had it only two weeks. The good: it is fast, folds easy and unfolds, good tires, frame sturdy. The not so good: needs disk brakes or hydraulics, you need strong grip for brake, if you are not a big person you need a 3 inch pad for your back, would be nice if the handlebars tilted forward and backward, it goes up and down OK. Overall, best one at Amazon if you don’t crash? not for a feeble person… Did good on hills at Zoo. ... show more
