I don’t leave reviews very often. I really think anyone interested in a mobility scooter should seriously consider this one. This scooter’s design is fantastic! Their customer service has been top notch. Any of the people who are concerned with not having a thick user manual, should just contact the company. They sent me links to very good videos of theirs, on how to work on any parts I was concerned with. One of my batteries had some damage happen to it during shipping. When I contacted the manufacturer about it, they immediately assured me they would make it right. I quickly received the replacement piece I needed, a link to a completely clear video about how to do it, and was good to go. The scooter arrived with very little left to assemble. Pretty much put the front tire on, headlight, and two back fenders/brake lights. The wiring was all already set up. I am not a mechanical type of person, by any means. Yet, even I found it easy to do. This is my third mobility scooter purchase over the last few years. Nothing else I have had or seen even compares to the quality of this scooter. I love it and have been using it a lot over the last several weeks. I use it at work and put several miles a day on it. Without it, I wouldn’t be able to work anymore. I work with the public and get lots of compliments about it, as well as questions regarding how to buy one. It is light enough that even in my weakened state, I can load and unload it. It folds up so compactly that it easily fits into my car, unfolds almost effortlessly in just seconds. Such a great design. I strongly recommend getting the package that includes the second battery. The battery lasts for hours, but if you ride it as much as I do, you will be happy to be able to swap them out. I worked 13.5 hours the other day on it, and was still pretty comfortable. When I first received my TRIKE 700W I was delighted , it was everything they claimed it was . I wrote it around for 17 miles and then all of a sudden stopped working. I contacted Amazon and they put me in contact with the producer. Working through Amazon and emailing back and forth directly with the company that made the scooter they determined that the throttle assembly was probably to blame. They sent me I knew throttle assembly which was extremely easy to install. And that was the problem . The trike is working great again. It's nice to know that a company will stand behind their product and work with you to solve a problem. This trike is far more powerful than my old mobility scooter. It's lighter and folds up, will be much more convenient to carry in the car. It's ability to climb Hills is far greater. I'm a big fellow about 265 lbs , and the third speed it moves along at 14 miles an hour, I don't think I want to go any faster. It has three speeds and a shopping mode so you can control the speed very well. Has your motor on each rear wheel, and quite a bit of storage room to haul small items around. It seems very well built and I look for years of enjoyment from it . ... show more

First the Good: Well built, sturdy, easy to fold , and very functional at a reasonable price.. The bad : The instruction do not adequately explain the mode functions , location of fuses ( in the battery) or basically how to use the walker. Videos on Amazon help. First ride I attempted to switch modes while in motion like an electric bicycle. Lost all power. Since they provide fuses, I finally found where they go. Changed it and it's running again. Biggest negative was the operating instructions....none. ... show more

"I'm giving this three-wheel trike mobility scooter a five-star rating! It's been a game-changer for me. The three speeds - 5, 10, and 17 miles per hour - work great, and the mileage is decent. The accessories that come with it are okay, but I've added some extras like a front basket, rear baskets, and a trailer, which I purchased separately. One issue I had was a flat tire due to a faulty tube seal, but the company offered to replace it. I'd already bought new tubes, but I appreciate their willingness to help. Whenever I've had an issue, I've contacted their customer support, and they've been very responsive and helpful. Special shoutout to Alex, the assistant who's been fantastic to work with - honest, forward, and very helpful. I was a bit unsure what to expect when I bought the scooter, but I've been able to customize it to my liking. I added a thumb throttle myself, which works great, and I've also added extra water bottles and accessories. The scooter folds up nicely, making it easy to storing, traveling, riding the city bus and flying. I use it to go walk my dog in the mornings at least 2 1/2 miles everyday, I go to the grocery store which is 10 miles round trip everyday, I go through the fast food Dr. throughs with it, the grocery store to pick up groceries or just to buy salt and potato salad, I like to take uh trips to the bike trail with it as well I wear a helmet for head protection when I'm on the main road always ride the shoulder when I'm on the sidewalks I do 5 miles an hour cause the sidewalks are bumpy. Since purchase date I have got over 172 miles on it so far. The coolest thing I've done is add front basket, rain sheild and a trailer, which I was able to do without modifying the frame or bike itself, so I didn't void the warranty. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this scooter and the company's customer support." I carry my spare battery right there in the seat put a curse in there and rides comfortably and it sits there nice and safe so I have a spare battery when I go on a long drive just thought I'd point it out. ... show more
