Bought this to store easily in my living room gym. Folds up easily and stores well. The attachments are not spectacular but get the job done. Gets unsturdy when you add heavier weight but can use counter balances to stop it from lifting off ground. Dont recommend going heavy but does the job for lower weight activities.

I’ve been using the beach for about 4 months and I I really like the flexibility of all the adjustments. I’m 5’4 and due to my height , I do need to place a “towel” or something on my lower back as my back doesn’t reach the back rest when doing my leg extensions. I increased weight to 45lbs and the bench lifted from the back rest area so I had to put heavy dumbbells to hold it in place. Not sure if I can increase weight again, which is a dud.

Very nice workout bench very adjustable angles for the back pad so you can perform different exercises. Assembly was pretty simple didnt weight too much can move fairly easily great value for the price.

The bench is not bad. Issue is have is that the bench flexes in the middle when doing presses. Not dangerous but it is a little distracting. Also, feet have pegs underneath so when the bench flexes, it tends to move or tear the mat it's on. The bench will also tip forward with about 60lbs on it when doing leg exercises. Besides the flexing in the middle, it is a fairly stable bench.

Loved this for a few months but if you’re wanting to lift heavy it is not for you. The piece that holds weight for leg extension snapped with 135lbs on it and I bought it 9 months ago. I wish it would have worked longer but if you’re only doing light weight it’s probably a good buy for you.

Nice bench, sturdy although the leg lift feature will start to buckle the bench at 75 lbs, I just put weights on the back legs and have no problems. I really like this bench. It's perfect for my workouts. It's well made and versatile. Would recommend for sure.
