    • Exceptional quality at a great price
This treadmill is a legitimate piece of exercise machinery. Actually nicer than the "self powered" Nordic Track that we have owned for years. An exceptional value for a motorized treadmill. The fact that they have used a brushless motor tells me that they did not cut any corners engineering and manufacturing this piece of equipment. There is nothing cheap on this machine. Even the hardware included for mounting the handle is heavy duty stainless steel. Even at the highest speeds it is stable with no vibration. The motor is smooth, quiet and powerful and has a variation of speed for a novice walker to an aggressive runner. I honestly have nothing bad to share regarding this treadmill. Super easy to put together as its just the handle you need to put on. You will need a couple batteries for the remote but otherwise everything is included, even the oil needed for maintenance of the machine. For storage the handle folds down and it has a set of heavy duty rollers that work nice even on carpet. It is only a few inches high and slides easily under the bed. We actually can fit both units under the bed with room to spare. It does have a remote we don't really have a need for it. Also has an emergency stop if you feel its getting away from you. A gradual start up and slow down just like the high dollar treadmills at the hotels. Although we do love to walk in the neighborhood this is nice for these cold winter nights. Two units side by side works out perfectly. Exercise is key to a healthy and happy life and this is a great way to at least get a few minutes of low key cardio every day. If you are looking I do recommend this particular unit. Its about fifty dollars less than the other motorized unit we bought but every bit as nice. Came earlier than expected! Satisfied and in love with this treadmill! It’s small, light weight and convenient for your home gym. It was super easy to set up. It took my husband a few minutes to put it together. What we love is that it’s powerful and silent compared to other treadmills.This treadmill feels resistant and of good quality. It has a max capacity weight of 350lbs. Such a great option for both beginners or intermediate users. NIGHTMARE. Machine does not work. Plugged in, flipped switch. Nothing. No customer support. Amazon, historically Gold Standard, gave assurances of help which proved to be utterly false. I am a senior and extremely depressed over this.

CS is awful. Cannot get any info from them. Treadmill is OK BUT GETTING ERROR CODE which is not in manual when I try to troubleshoot. Cannot find any resource to help me. Bought the treadmill based on having that handle to assist with balance.
