Great customer service, sent me a new chair in case the old one was defective, and followed up if the new chair was better. I was able to unscrew the plastic piece for lumbar support with an L-shaped Philip screwdriver. Once that back support piece was removed, I now love the chair. I recommend this seller since they really care that you love the product and is willing to work with you to address any concern you have. This chair was purchased as a replacement for wife's 13 year old office chair. I did quite a bit of research on this. I was impressed the features, which usually come at a much higher price point. The 5 year warranty and stellar Amazon reviews definitely didn't hurt The chair arrived in 2 days, well packaged, and was assembled in 20-30 minutes. Instructions were incredibly easy to follow and all parts were well labeled. Liked that they included spare screws. My wife absolutely loves this chair. She is very impressed with the quality of leather stitching and the firmness of the seat cushion. She is not a tall woman, so she was happy that the lumbar support was able to adjust to her frame.
