Great customer service, sent me a new chair in case the old one was defective, and followed up if the new chair was better. I was able to unscrew the plastic piece for lumbar support with an L-shaped Philip screwdriver. Once that back support piece was removed, I now love the chair. I recommend this seller since they really care that you love the product and is willing to work with you to address any concern you have. Original review: 3 stars - This chair is not cheap but it has great reviews so I decided on this one. It felt comfortable at first but after 2 weeks my back started hurting. It is the hard plastic on the back of the chair meant for lumbar support that caused discomfort.

I was looking for a chair for my computer room. I looked at the X chair and after seeing the reviews and price I was not sold. Under the information this chair popped up the reviews were good. I saw the price and figured would try it and see. I am very happy with this chair it's pretty comfortable and the support is a lot better then my old chair that is cushioned. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an office chair.

This chair was purchased as a replacement for wife's 13 year old office chair. I did quite a bit of research on this. I was impressed the features, which usually come at a much higher price point. The 5 year warranty and stellar Amazon reviews definitely didn't hurt The chair arrived in 2 days, well packaged, and was assembled in 20-30 minutes. Instructions were incredibly easy to follow and all parts were well labeled. Liked that they included spare screws. My wife absolutely loves this chair. She is very impressed with the quality of leather stitching and the firmness of the seat cushion. She is not a tall woman, so she was happy that the lumbar support was able to adjust to her frame. I got lots of brownie points for this one. :)
