I absolutely love my Vitalwalk Treadmill. There was no assembly required. I took it out of the box & it was ready to go. It's heavy duty & very quiet. Plus, I walk for 60 to 90 minutes straight 4 to 5 days a week & don't have to worry about the amount of time I walk is too much for the treadmill. Plus, it's 20% incline is awesome for the extra burn you need in order to burn extra calories. I kind of took my time with writing a review on this treadmill due to I wanted to fully give it a test, well I noticed setting up was very simple and love the lights on each side of the pad, I was at the time in search of a treadmill, but it had to be foldable due to I live in an apartment, I am very impressed with this product not only is it foldable and fits nicely in the spot I have it, but I get a great gym quality work out with it, it's not noisy, love the appearance, and again its durability.. This treadmill is very uncomfortable to use; it makes a loud, strange noise when running at an incline. Consequently, my overall user experience has been very poor.

I've had this treadmill for a little over 1 month now, using it for fast walks and runs, and it certainly has exceeded all my expectations. The build quality is excellent - a very sturdy contruction. The auto incline (up to 20%) and speed adjustments exhibit no lag time and work as one would need them to work during a walk or a run. The console shows metrics for elevation, speed, heart rate, etc. Also included is a place for your phone or tablet above the console, as well as a bottle holder on the side of the treadmill. Pre-programmed workouts are also available on the console for those that are interested. Additionally, information is included for the FITSHOW app that can be downloaded, paired, and used with the treadmill. The belt is of course smaller than a traditional gym treadmill, but that is what was described on the website. As a matter of fact the smaller size (length) is what I needed in my home office, where it now resides. This great treadmill could almost pass for a commercial grade model and it appears that it will last me many years. I've emailed back and forth with the customer service personnel concerning some technical questions and the responses have always been professional, helpful and within 24 hours or less. The included user manual could use clarifications in some areas but overall it's okay. I highly recommend this machine because of its features as well as its value for the money. ... show more

Ordering process: - Amazon Prime class quality Shipping: - Delivery date as expected. Packaging has hole, did not damage product. Packaging: - Feasible for 100 pounder good. Treadmill - Easy to assemble: add water bottle holder and 2 plastic caps to cover lower joint. - It's an 100 pounder, easy to move. Enough incline/speed adjustments. Small fan works to the form factor. USB A port not able to charge iPad (same cable charges iPad when Apple charger used, thus 4 stars) - Build quality: good for the price class. Screw on one of the height adjustment feet is very tight, should be factory assembly issue. - Compact size running belt, feasible for regular speed running. People with long leg/stride and like to run fast, belt may not be long enough. Belt properly made, when adding silicon oil for lubrication, no oil leaks from belt connection seam. - Initial torque: power on triggers almost instant 0.6 mile speed, user used to gradual speed up to 0.6 mile from other treadmill will experience surprise. - motor: quiet. Foot step louder than motor. - Structure: sturdy, no undesired noise from frame. - Bluetooth: sync with FitShow (FS) App on iPad smoothly.     • So far so good!!! Very nice compact treadmill!!!
Seems like a very nice, well built, compact treadmill. I bought his for Christmas for my wife to use. The only complaint I have is, the handle bars are angled at the base which make the front of running deck less accessible. If they were a bit more straight up and down you could move forward a bit more. You still can move forward into the bow of the handle bars, but you lose the pulse sensor function. It is a very minor complaint. The fan is a nice touch and the led lights on the treadmill base are very cool. The belt appears very thick and the texture is very nice. Having the treadmill come fully built with exception of the iPad holder and bottle holder was a pleasant surprise. The belt is 3 inches wider than our old compact treadmill which makes walking much . All in all, a very nice treadmill, that as of this date, I would highly recommend buying it. If something changed I will update my review. So far I am really impressed and my wife loves it. Update had a minor problem with one of the charging ports no big deal. I contacted Customer Support and they were super nice and took care of the problem . If you think that they don’t have good Customer Support, you’re crazy. They literally contacted me within an hour of sending an email to them and contacting them on Amazon. Crazy good customer service service WOW! Impressed. Also, one reviewer said that these are made in China. My response to that is all of these treadmills are made in China. My son needed close to a full size treadmill and this was a great option with lots of extras. We paid $20 for Amazon to deliver to any room. It was just about 100% assembled so that was perfect! The treadmill is great and the delivery guys were so nice! Great buy!
