This is easy to put together and works great. For the price, it is a great workout that you can feel the burn. The resistance level is expected for the price point. It is also small enough in size it is easy to store away. I really enjoy using this! It tracks the steps, calories and many other parameters for your workout. This is a great addition to the home gym!

i really enjoy getting on the stair-stepper in the comfort of my private home, it’s a really nicely made machine. It’s not too heavy and it seems to be sturdy and stable. my daughter, who is ((11years old)) had asked if she could set it up for me and it honestly looked super simple and seemed to be pretty easy enough to put together because she got it done in under 10mins, but it didn’t say anything about making sure the cable cord was inside the round spinner wheels. So when i got on it to use for the first time, it started smoking and seemed to be really stiff to try and move the foot pads and after looking the stepper over and reading the manual i couldn’t figure out what the problem could have been until I noticed the plastic that wraps around the metal cord was ripping off so I turned the whole stepper over and noticed that it was not properly in the wheel thing and I pretty much just about ruined the cable . . . it works great now and I love the workout that my legs and thighs get but make sure that you check that cable every now and then to make sure it’s still in place. Also, could somebody please tell me what the correct name is for the cable cord and how and where I can find a replacement that would be super helpful. I’ve looked but nothing‘s coming up

I got this to train for the Cpat and it was easy set up for someone who doesn’t use tools often and it’s super easy to use! I have a three year old that likes to try to use it and it is easily foldable so you can put it away when you aren’t using it so no littles get hurt trying to use it. I use it for 30-45 minutes a day and it definitely works all those leg muscles. I also use a weighted vest for additional strength training. It definitely gets you sweating by the end of it.

I don’t know if it’s suppose to do this but there is a rubber? Around the wire it started coming off after just a couple times of use. There isn’t a way to take it off and does not show in instructions. Overall it’s steady and easy to put together.

They best thing you can have when you can't leave the house for cardio. It has incline settings on the pedals which was mainly the reason I bought this one. It works very effectively and I add a weighted vest to increase the intensity when needed. This thing will peel the fat off of you and tone the crap out of you if your consistent and incorporate strength training with it. Plus if you have funky knees that give you hell this is perfect. Absolutely no pain in my knees anymore. (I used to run) Its really easy to assemble and very well made. Also the instructions are very clear on how to assemble it. It doesn't take up much space either. What I will say is, its high when you are up there whether you're tall or not, so be careful because it will be quite a fall if you lose your balance. Definitely good value for money. Will recommend!

Came quicker than expected, was way easier to set up than I thought, and comes with an extra cable! I saw some people reporting that their cable was fraying, so it was a nice gesture. Tried it out and holy moly it's a workout alright, and very nice on the knees. Very light, compact, easy to move, easy to use, and only the lifespan is up in the air. I'll update if it breaks within a few months!

Been using for about a month. Super simple to setup and use. No tension adjustment but none needed. Works well and space saving. Folds up if desired, when not in use. Just what i was looking for.
