This is a good thing to have if space is limited. It really is compact and can store pretty easily. Not too heavy. I was able to assemble it and then take it off p my stairs to my room no problem. Super simple. Pros: Quick assembly about ten minutes. Easy to use Doesn't take up much space Easy to store Moves easy Cons Can't adjust the tension Even though it was fast to build alit still functions great and seems like it will hold up. Not very noisy. Still feel different muscles working when I use this compared to treadmill. Good mix up with work out routine.

I was a bit skeptical because there is no way to adjust the resistance as far as I can tell, but I was proven wrong as I still end up getting a really great sweat going despite that. Easy to set up, lightweight, and not even noisy.

The quality inspection on this product is terrible, I recieved this item and didn't even get to use it because the screw holes on the left foot peddle were stripped. Disappointing.

I can't lie, I have had trouble trying to like this thing. It does assemble pretty easily, your basic 20 minute Allen wrench project. You can collapse it and store it easily too, and it's nice and light. But I hate working out on it. My big problem is that it doesn't go high enough. At 6' tall I feel awkwardly hunched over it on the highest setting. My kids seem to fit fine, but I think most adult men and a lot of women too will struggle here. I also can't stand the lack of resistance, which doesn't seem adjustable. I don't feel like I'm climbing stairs. I feel like I'm swishing my feet back and forth. If you're on the short side and don't mind the lack of resistance this isn't a terrible product, but it really isn't for me.

This is a great cardio machine. It really makes my legs and glutes burn when I use it. I have noticed a difference in my endurance since using this machine. It is light, it folds up easily. I did expect it to have resistance but it doesn’t, however it gives a great workout.
