The resistance adjustment range is large, I can row slowly in the easy mode, while my husband likes to challenge the intensity. The machine is stable and the slide rails are smooth, so you can practice for a long time without disturbing the neighbors. After practicing, my body felt warm and I felt relaxed. I have used this rower for approximately two weeks now and overall I am enjoying it very much. I was unable to tighten the screws and bolts down on my own, so my husband had to bring some special tools to do that. I like that the unit folds up and can be stored out of the way. The wheels don’t really slide very well so it is a bit difficult to move. I am currently using it with just under a half tank of water for resistance so that I can build up stamina, and then increase the difficulty by adding more water as I become more used to operating it. It is slightly difficult to get my feet strapped into properly and the digital display is quite difficult to read so that is why I only gave it four stars. I would definitely buy this again, but it does need a rework of the foot straps and the digital display. ... show more
