    • Fits in the trunk. Mom loves it.
The same scooter is sold under different brand names and comes from China. I think we've had it for a couple years now. It is getting pretty beat up and it's well used, but has held up so far. It has opened up a wide range of possibilities for my aging mother as any mobility scooter would. The biggest feature of this one in particular is its compactness. It fits in the trunk of my 2021 Corolla and my brother's 2020 Ford Fusion. I'm a big guy but I pick it up by myself to put it in the trunk. My arm span helps, I'm 6 foot 3. I don't know of any other scooter this compact. My mom does complain about its size and comfort every now and then but I remind her that if it were any bigger we wouldn't be able to take it with us so easily. She uses an extra memory foam seat pad. It has its quirks but overall it awesome. If something happened to this, we'd definitely buy another one unless there is an updated superior model. Quirks: I remember when we first got it, it wouldn't charge and that was a red flag, but the company sent us a new charger and everything's been fine. The voice and tones are kind of loud with no way to disable it. We put a piece of tape over the speaker and it's better. You have to put it in reverse mode using the speed selection dial. It's less convenient than the ones where you can either go forward or backwards using the throttle control. Turning radius is a little bit wide. Battery is hidden inside. Possibly replaceable? I wanted something that was easy to pick up to put in the car and folded nicely for transport and storage. This is a great buy. I understand that some have issues with the size, I am 6'7" tall and fit OK. Some people feel they need more room than they actually do. My daughter is 5'9" and likes it, my wife 5'4" and also likes the size. Very easy to move around, but could use a tighter turning radius. Others had issues with the loud warning voice, but there are instructions in the manual on how to reduce or even silence the annunciator. No, you do not need to put tape or plastic over the speaker, RTM folks before complaining! ... show more

Buyers becarefull, i dont write reviews but i am on this crap. I ordered it for vaca never got to use it. Returned that for another one and load and behold same crap again would not turn on even after chargeing over night so dont buy this crap. I hope this helps someone to decide not to get this scooter and not go through the crap that i am going through.it looks good but its not worth the hassle ... show more

I ordere the red . It replaces my previous scooter which was larger , heavier and did not fold . Those features are important to me now . I don’t think it would be comfortable for a larger person ( I am 5’4”” 130 lbs.) as leg space is limited and I do not like the constant voice messages that I cannot silence or lower the volume. . ... show more

Ordered this to take on vacation, liked that this one was easy to fold and unfold, no removing batteries," or reassembling each time. It's easy to maneuver inside the house, haven't taken outside yet. Love the dashboard, easy to read, it even talks to you, very user friendly. The basket is sturdy, and love the horn and headlight. The only negative would be: these are mainly used for elderly people and our knees just don't bend as they once did. The body could be a little longer and it would make it so much easier to get our feet placed within the frame. Otherwise, I think it's a fun little scooter that hopefully I will enjoy for years to come. ... show more

We bought this to help me after a bad accident where I have lacerated bulging disks and shooting pain in my legs. It is super easy to use and has warnings when backing up, a headlight and horn. We put on outdoor events and this made my work and interactions with customers so much easier for me to get around. I love that it folds flat and is simple to get in and out of the back of my suv. The unit stays charged for quite a while and lasted me prob 8 hours intermittently on a work day. I would definitely recommend this for anyone that struggles walking or tires easily. ... show more

    • Not sturdy
First off you only get 30days to return it. I was only well enough to go outside with it at day 29 and if I had been able to would have returned it. The seat became loose and wobbly within an hour of street/ smooth surfaces riding.
