These surprised me. The quality is really nice, they're easy to get on and off my one year old but they run big. They do fall off one foot, but the ease and the look is going to push me to buy the smaller size so he can wear them now, and save the original purchase for when he's a bit bigger. Whoever designed these - thank you!! My granddaughter abhorred shoes of any kind, as she never wore ANY until she started walking and the weather turned cold. There were lots of tantrums and tears until I found these. They go on in two seconds thanks to the open design, you can see exactly where the toes are before you Velcro them shut, and they stay shut! I had them on her before she knew what happened and there were no tears. She got up and started walking in them and that was it. I ordered them in every size up until I got to the last size they made (I wish they made them in bigger sizes!!) and she wears them year-round. Socks & shoes in winter, shoes only in summer.
