I really like this bike in my office! I’ve ordered several bikes in the past, but none matches the effectiveness of this bike. The price is perfect for what I wanted to spend- not too high or too little which makes me suspicious of the quality. The bike looks quality an dasthetically pleasing! The setup was super easy- nice instructions. Also, the bike is nearly assembled out of the box-so not too much brain power went into assembly. I got it assembled in roughly 20 minutes. After riding for a month, the bike feels super sturdy -no wobbling during acceleration! It makes me feel secure and comfortable. Also, the ride is quiet and very smooth. I generally use it during lunchtime or during an afternoon meeting. My coworker gets a kick out of my ability to work out and engage in meetings. Thie bike can be folded up (compact) and has wheel which makes it portable which I like to move to the closet when I have colleagues come back my office. As for performance- the resistance adjustment is easy; the display keeps amazing time, speed, calories burned and distance for me so I can enjoy the workout. Thus far it’s been a super motivator for consistent workouts!

Heavier duty than expected.A little hard to get on for a person not in the best shape if the center was a little lower it would be easier but not bad. I think it will work well for what we needed.

Ad shows it to be 3 bikes in 1. Bought this for my daughter who is recovering from knee surgery and needed a bike. The bike can only be put in an upright position. There are no other options to adjust it to be a true recumbent bike, which is what we needed to start off with. They are advertises it to be different bikes but it is not and the difference is how the person on the ad is sitting on it. Seniors or anyone using it for physical therapy would not be able to do those poses and in reality that is not a true recumbent bike nor is it 3 bikes in 1 , as advertises. It tips over easily. At its lowest seat level, it is not easy for anyone that is not in good shape to get off this bike. I do not recommend it as it as the ad is misleading.

I was completely overwhelmed at first by the instruction booklet when I opened the box and almost put everything away, because the font was so small and kind of jumbled together on some of the images for each step. However, each step was clearly written and the numbers and letters assigned to the different parts and pieces made sense once you actually broke it down and read each one carefully. It ended up taking almost 2 hours to put it together and some of the nuts and bolts were a little bit challenging to either see how to put it into the holes or they were just tight/oddly sized and some of them were not the same size, in terms of the hole where the Allen wrench was supposed to go. There were lots of times that when I was turning some of the screws, I had to alternate between the different ends of the Allen wrench that came with the instruction booklet and pieces. That was actually one of the highlights of the assembly, that everything came in the package and I didn’t need to use any of my own tools until the very end when I wanted to tighten everything a little bit more by using my own set of pliers and the Allen wrench and other wrenches that came with The bike. As for the actual operation of the bike, it works well, but even on its shortest setting, it’s still a little bit too long and far for someone who is 5’2” like me. I am definitely able to use it comfortably if I lean up a little bit but the whole point of me having this bike with so that I could watch TV and kind of just pedal at the same time instead of just sitting on the couch. I may try to add a pillow or a cushion to the back of the bike seat to see if that helps a little bit. The pedals were easy to put on, but the straps were definitely a little bit tricky and I had to maneuver a little bit more than I anticipated in order for them to go on. The LCD monitor and heart rate handles are clearly marked on the screen and the other settings and measurement trackers on the LCD monitor are bright and large, so I can see it even when I have all my lights off and only watching the TV. The seat back and the seat itself are nice and comfortable and have strong leather over top, which makes me feel like it’s well protected. I highly recommend this to be a bike that you have for your living room or something casual, or if you are rehabilitating yourself after an injury as it is gentle and low intensity, and the tension control only goes up so far, and is not as strenuous as a normal spin bike. It easily folds up and is an excellent value for money for what this is. Everything is well made, and sturdy, I just wish it had a shorter setting for the seat height.

I like the bike the only BIG negative is the seat doesn’t go very far down I’m 5’2 so it’s hard for me to reach the pedals while biking as I’m turning I’m on my tippy toes trying to turn the pedals I’ll prob have to buy a new one bc I can’t get comfortable on the bike having to sit on the edge of the seat. If you are taller than 5’3-4 it would be good for you.

It says it's suitable for people 4ft 8" I'm 4ft 10" tall even on the lowest settings I can barely peddle and that's sitting on the edge of the seat ...the uphill tension setting is still very easy . This could probley work for leg rehabilitation UPDATE the company reached out to me and and made it right which I appreciate

Bought this to rehab a total knee replacement it works very well my only issue is in the height I am short so getting on the bike does take some effort I’m sure once I have more movement in my knee it won’t be a problem.
