I love this litter box! So cute, looks great in my house - most people don't know what it is at first. I have two cats and bought this as a second box for upstairs. I love the idea of the one-way design! The entire top panel is a mesh setup so that the loose littler falls off paws after exiting from top and back into the box not onto the floor. Doesn't stop all of the litter, but stops most of it! I bought the bigger size, and I think I will move it downstairs and get one of the smaller ones to use upstairs. I don't always pull the tray right out - you have to be mindful of how litter may be pilled up first or you will get spillage. Sometimes I just go in the top with the scoop. Monthly I take it outside with the hose. I don't use the included scoop but the little brush is good for spot cleaning the top. Good solid construction - this one does not fall apart like many of them online do - snaps together nice and tight, made of heavy plastic. The top will never pop off of it while cat is exiting from the top. You can make the door one-way or leave swing free like a normal box. I let my cats play in it for a while to get used to the one-way circuit before I added the litter. Great litter box - I will buy another smaller one. ... show more

Super cute, easy to put together, easy to clean. Has reduced the amount of litter tracked around by at least 90% or more and even helps reduce the smell a bit. Cats seem to like it, not sure if they’ve figured out the door just yet.

    • My mom said this is the fanciest litter box she's ever seen

First off, I love the color. My cat kicks litter literally everywhere, so I decided I needed to get a top-entry litter box to try and mitigate that. She found a way to jump directly out without stopping on the lid, so some litter still gets out of the box, but it's light years better. The main problem is the mess that sometimes comes with sliding out the bottom tray. If there's a little bit of litter on the lips of the inside of the box, then that will dump on the floor. Doing a deep clean is also tough because litter gets stuck in between the top and bottom parts that you snap together, so I have to turn it over and basically shake it vigorously to get that out instead of being able to simply wipe it down. It’s a great cat litter box, soo cute and I love the design. I bought a litter mat because it is not leak proof, the mat helps catch the scattered litter. The only thing is that I wish the pan that holds the litter was deeper. Compared to the last litter box I had, I never had to worry about my cats waste getting stuck to the bottom of the pan. Alsooo the litter scooper has pretty big holes, not all my cats waste is big, sometimes it’s broken into pieces and they fall through the scooper. ... show more

Quality litter box. Big enough for two cats without any leakage. My previous one would leak out of the back of the box. The liner fits over the tray, and the tray slides in with no problem.

This litterbox is a huge improvement over open trays. Our cat only uses the top opening and when he leaves, most litter goes back into the box through the grate. 90 percent reduction in tracking. A few minor things to know - reaching in through the top to scoop out waste (especially from corners) takes a bit of maneuvering especially if you're a big guy. I'm pretty small and I still have to twist my arm around to get the edges. My only other minor thing is that there are little slots and openings on the inside where the top and the bottom attach. Litter gets stuck in there and if you have a high-pee-er, it might leak between the seams. It hasn't been an issue for us. Overall, I completely recommend this! Plus it's cute! ... show more

    • It starts out nice, but gets really gross and smelly after 3 months.

Let me start with the pros: - 2 entrances, convenient - sliding tray is convenient for cleaning and scooping the litter - looks cute (?) CONS (and why I'm getting rid of this after 4 months of use, and after the return window is sadly closed): - since it's a foldable design, there are a TON of little ridges that collect dirty pee litter that then clumps inside of those.. It's impossible to clean those out out, even with a toothbrush or Qtips (yes we tried). No matter how much we cleaned, the litter box kept smelling badly because of this. - If your cat is only slightly part of the horizontal pee'er team, their pee will leak through the seams and will drop on the floor. You might not notice at first, but you will smell it eventually. Not fun. - The front "door" hinges are too low, making it uncomfortable for (even) kittens to enter. She just ended up entering from the top instead. We opted for a no-seam, two-part, single-top entry bucket design to prevent this from happening again. Now I know why our friends haven't visited us anymore for the last couple of weeks ... show more
