Don't wait. I wish that I had bought one of these 20 years ago. It makes my 12yo foam guest bed feel like a $3000 mattress. Sore knees + elevated foot + massage = Bliss. Zero Gravity position = full body hug. This frame base exceeded all of my expectations. 1) It shipped quickly, was packed very well, the assembly instructions are clear and the parts are well labeled. 2) The parts are powder-coated, heavy steel with thick bushings where parts flex. The wiring connections are color coded and snap together easily. The only tools needed to assemble it is a hex wrench (included). The leg height adjustments are easy during and after assembly. 3) The finished adjustable frame fit easily inside my existing bed, minus the old box springs and slats. It doesn't look like a hospital bed. 4) The motors are quiet and the movements are very smooth. The two massage units are pretty quiet, with multiple settings for intensity and timers. The remote is large, backlit and very easy to read. The floor light is subtle and surprisingly useful. 5) The bed spread they include is for the frame, not the person. It covers the frame top completely to provide a taut level surface as well as to protect the moving parts and wiring from getting tangled with the bedclothes. It's too soon to comment on its longevity but the structure and the actuators look built to last. I can't imagine what features or higher quality parts a more expensive frame would have that this doesn't. Okay, maybe total pre-assembly with delivery/setup by Oompa Loompas' and batteries for the remote. This frame is well-designed, high value and seriously awesome.

Overall I am satisfied with the Flexispot Adjustable Bed Frame. It appears to be well made and the instructions were adequate. I am a little concerned about durability because the motor pivot pins ride on plastic bushings. I would rather see extra thickness in the tabs that the pins go through. The under bed lights are not very bright. If there is any light in the room I can't tell if they are on unless I look under the bed. I also find the remote awkward to use. For one thing it doesn't stay lit long enough and you have to fumble to find the next button you want. The buttons are almost flush with the remote housing making them hard to distinguish in the dark. Aside from these quirks the adjustability is good and works smoothly. For a modestly priced frame I would still recommend it. Be prepared for a lot of assembly but it goes together easily.

Setup was easy very sturdy I have dogs that jump and sleep on the bed with my kids while I am at work they love the massage feature and the zero gravity until they get kicked out the bed.

Contacted customer service because I was having trouble understanding the placement of the motors. Stated they would contact me by email in 24-48 hours. that was Thursday. Still no email. Frame and mattress good but can't comment on massage or adjustment.
