I purchased a Flexi-hose three months ago, and it turned out to be even better than I expected--very lightweight, flexible, and fits neatly into a small space next to my house. I will be buying two more for the other exterior water faucets at my home. My only concern (after reading other reviews) was that the hose might not be very durable (I use water hoses daily), so I purchased the suggested protection plan to cover things like spontaneous leaks. This hose is very well made and lightweight which is important to me being elderly. Not a problem moving around the yard. Came with a leaky spray nozzle. Contacted them and the customer service was outstanding. Gave them the information they requested and within A DAY a replacement was on the front deck. Can't ask for more than that. I tried this hose because I was so sick of unwinding my traditional heavy hose from the hose-hangout and all the kinks that appeared over the years. It's so light an maneuverable compared to the traditional hose that it was a dream to use. Water pressure is fine for me. I had it just under a year when I noticed that something had punctured the hose and it was leaking. I contacted the seller and they sent me out a new one within the same week, I was very impressed. During the few days I was waiting for the replacement I tried the traditional hose again and after 5 minutes I vowed to never use a non-flexible hose again! In conclusion: I love the light weight and ease of getting it out of the hose hangout, along with the customer service. Just be careful dragging it near wooden steps...I think that's what caught and punctured mine. UPDATE: 1 star, it would be great if it could last. My original hose was punctured within a year, and they replaced it no questions asked. Now a few weeks ago the replacement's inner tube burst and no longer expands and contracts. It claims to never kink, but I got a kink and when trying to unwind it, it exploded. The company says there has been a change in ownership and referred me to their support, emailed them, heard nothing. So, I'm done with this particular brand. Nice and lightweight. So easy to pull around yard. I hope this one lasts. It is super to use. I have a shoulder tear and had no trouble managing this hose. I am ordering a third so I will have them all over my yard!

    • Not very durable….leaked within 3 months and replacement is now broken.

Soooo…. I just encountered the “fail” of my second hose. The first one was replaced promptly so we will see if they “replace” the replaced one. This first hose sprung leaks at where it connects to hose bib but the hose totally blew off from the hose bib attachment and retracted down the hose. Nothing like turning on your hose and nothing comes out of the spray nozzle….and speaking of the nozzle….it has micro cracks in the plastic thus leading to an unwanted misty spray when the handle is not depressed. Not to happy…. UPDATE: 11/21/22 Promptly rcvd 2nd replacement hose…hopefully all will go well…happy plants! Thank you Flexhose for caring!! ... show more

These are different than the ones that you can buy in some stores. If you notice these have the brass fittings, and you will know the moment you open the package you’ve got a good one. These are a little bit more expensive but worth it. They’re amazing how they work! I love how lightweight they are. This hose was great. Our previous hoses kept getting holes and tears from use. We were excited at how lightweight this one was, and how it was so easy to put away. We took good care of it and even purchased a special bowl to store it in so it wouldn't be over handled. It was very surprising to us that it started leaking all at once and came apart after just 5 months of use, almost to the day. We water the yard 2x per week, so that is barely 40 uses. Not really worth the purchase at that rate. Very disappointed, we really liked it at first but we need something durable. ... show more
