I have not had a chance to put the Flex Edge Beater to work yet. However, I am quite impressed with the flexible edges. They are strong but have sufficient flexibility to scrape the edges well enough that I will not have to do it by hand.

I bought this for my brand new 5qt kitchen aid for my holiday baking a few months ago. It was a game changer in the ability to scrape the sides of the bowl. It has held up great now through the holiday baking and more recent baking. it does not appear cheap and is high quality. Very easy to install. I would highly suggest for the bakers! ... show more
