Have around 55 hours on it, have done an oil change every 20 hours. Working great running the whole house with a 30 amp inlet box. Powers everything except 240v dryer and hot water tank. Great deal!

I followed all required steps: filled the unit with oil and fuel, opened the fuel valve, and set the choke as instructed. Unfortunately, the unit does not start. I contacted technical support and was advised that the issue is likely related to a defective main control module. To my surprise, even though the Amazon app showed that I was eligible to return the item within 30 days, I was notified during the return process that this particular item was not eligible for return. When purchasing this item you need to be aware of that it cannot be returned through Amazon if it is defective. My unit arrived with the faceplate broken off and after contacting the company all they could do was Supply me with a new one which requires me to take the control panel off and every single electrical connection that is connected to it in order to be able to replace the front plate on it. I just don't feel like I need to take an entire day to fix something before I can even use it and I decided not to even attempt it as there's just too many connections to keep track of and I don't want to break anything further so I'm just going to have to keep the unit and it's current condition and chalk it up to a loss. ... show more

What a piece of junk they sent me the first one it ran for an hour shut off and would not start sent a new one took it out of the box and the on off switch is broken would not recommend this
