I think the pullout section is a bit cheap but overall im very happy with it. Its easy to put together, and comfortable. I have no complaints. Its like they say, you get what you pay for. Its a very nice, low cost sleeper sofa

My roommate and I have had this couch for nearly a month now, and we absolutely love it! Firstly, it shipped out and arrived much sooner than anticipated. Assembly was a little tricky at times but instructions were clear and helpful. The cushions came vacuum sealed and inflated to a very comfortable level in about a day or two. I believe the two primary seating cushions have springs as they feel extremely supportive. The built-in storage and sleeper style of the couch is what initially drew me in and it does not disappoint! It's a great spot to store things like blankets. Additionally, the couch is just comfortable. I'm 5'7" and have found it to be the perfect size in both the reclined sleeper form and standard couch form. I was initially considering a boneless style couch as I was searching for something that could serve as a bed while still being cheap enough for a college student to afford. This couch, however, offers much more support than those styles and also comes in an easy-to-clean material. Each of the cushions have a removable cover. I recently ran each of them through a cold wash in my washing machine and they held up very well. The cushions are also held in place by velcro on the bottom or back, so they do not slip or slide around. I have a long hair cat, so I often need to vacuum my furniture. This couch makes it very easy to get into the nooks and crannies with it's reclining back and the material is very easy to clean. We were a little hesitant to purchase at first as it did not have many reviews, but we took a chance and absolutely love it! Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable, practical, and affordable. Please note, you may need to yank the cushion that extends out in order to keep it up (pull out from front then yand from under the back). Overall, very nice value for buck. Medium-hard firmness. Storage is also very useful
