Build: Easy build - took <45 minutes to put together. Build quality is solid. Features: Love the added features - footrest, recline, lumbar support, all exactly as outlined in the description. Design: Looks great - the grey on black looks sharp and fits in nicely to my home office Comfort & Build: Foam is a bit stiff out of the box, but can feel it breaking in nicely. Padded armrest are great and already making a difference for my elbows compared to the hard plastic arms on my old chair.

I put this together with COVID brain so when the hydraulic didn’t work I thought perhaps my bad. Came back to Amazon 2 months after receiving it to try and figure out what was wrong, and the manufacturer had their phone number on the review site. I called, no wait time, and told the gentleman what was wrong. He said the hydraulic was bad and immediately emailed directions for dismantling it in preparation for the new one he was sending out. TWO DAY DELIVERY, instructions were easy, and in 3 minutes I had my dream chair. Thanks to long COVID I am always on Zoom, and the foot rest is a must for my jacked up knee. BTW-got the idea to order this from seeing several of my students using them for class and realized they were less expensive and more comfy than “office” chairs.

Complete Waste of Money

I wasn't going to leave a review but the chair popped back up so here it is . I bought this chair a year ago for my son as a christmas gift. It was a lot of work setting it up, much more than other chairs. It claims it holds up to 280lbs , My son was 6ft tall around 190lbs at the time , the seat of the chair broke in half after one day.. YES.. one day of use. I contacted the company about it and of course was told to send it back... No i'm not going to go through all the hassle of taking that complicated thing apart , boxing it back up, and toting it around to get it sent off. So he continued to use it by leaning the back of the seat and sitting on the back end of it. I assume this happened because all the support for the chair is in the back , not in the center where it should be. After weeks the arms also began falling off. Before long it was just in pieces. So just a warning to those , don't put all your weight on the front if you are over 100lbs .

Not to happy for a reason....

I’ve had this for about a little over a month now. And the bolts always come loose in the chair is comfortable but it doesn’t have a setting work it sits straight up at a 90° angle. It’s always a leaning a little bit backwards and I don’t like that. So I’m always forced to lean forward on to my desk when playing video games instead of being able to rest my back. It does have lean back settings and it does have a setting to sit at 90° but because of the way the chairs made it just goes back so it doesn’t really have a firm way of holding you forward. I don’t know I’m not as satisfying as I wanted to be after spending $200

This is so easy to assemble

Do not be turned away by some of the assembly reviews on here, it is insanely easy to do. 15 fasteners and it comes with the allen wrench for it all. less than 20 minutes to get it all together and with good instructions. If you have back problems, this is a great chair. locks in place and is stiff in all the right places.

I work from home and this chair is a great mix or firmness and comfort that I don’t end my day in pain. I am a leg sitter too so using the leg rest pushed all the way up to the seat allows me to sit Indian style and not have my legs fall asleep. Never used the massager. I actually put my previous back rest on it and moved the massager one up so there’s great back support. This was a great buy. 1year update: Have had this for a year now and still love it. No breaks or holes and runs pretty well over carpet.

This Chair Is Great If You Don't Want Armrests . . .

16-Jan-24 (Initial Review) First I will start with the Pros. This chair is actually very comfortable. It has linkage armrests, which were one of the major things I was looking for. It's super easy to put together. It took me about 15-20 minutes total doing this alone. This time includes unboxing and doing parts inventory. The lumbar massage feature works great. It connects to the USB port on my computer, and has an on / off button on the cord. Maybe this is a new feature, because I read it did not have a control. The cord is about 5' - 5'6" long and can be disconnected about 2' from the pad. The seat padding is firm, but not too firm, and it's still comfortable without the lumbar pad attached. The pad height is adjustable via the elastic bands which attach it to the back of the chair. If you unclip the bands, you can completely remove the pad. My husband borrowed it for a few minutes to use on his chair while he was working. Although a hard floor is recommended; the wheels roll on my carpeted floor very easily. I don't really use the recline feature and the foot rest. Although I wasn't prepared for the way it reclined, it worked well, once locked into place. Now for the Cons. I guess it's just one, but I find it to be substantial; since it affects the main feature I was looking for!! My assembly time of 15-20 minutes did not include the extra 15 minutes or so it took for me to fight to get the armrests attached. I had to call my husband into the room to help me. The holes didn't line up well when trying to get the screws into the barrels, because the seat material is just loose around the opening, and kept covering it. As soon as the screws were put in, they turned like they were stripped. I do realize the screws are supposed to fit a certain way to accommodate the recline feature, but they are so loose, I can't actually rest my arms on them. Honestly, it's like I received the wrong size screws. I put the chair together Sunday evening (14-Jan-24). Yesterday, when I was sitting at my desk, the bottom half of the right armrest fell off. I reattached it, and it fell off again today (16-Jan-24). When I was reattaching the bottom half, the top half came undone. Yes. The entire right armrest fell off. I decided to take the left side off and put Teflon tape on the screws before reattaching them, to see if that would help. The left side is still loose, but much better. It did not help the right side at all, so I just removed it completely for now. Did I mention when I sit in the chair, I have to avoid the main feature I was looking for?? I have not yet contacted support. I will update my review once I do that. I've thought about returning it. It's not really heavy, but at about 45 pounds; it's not exactly light. In terms of disassembly, putting it back in the box and taking it to The UPS Store . . . It would be a major inconvenience.
