  • Uncomfortable until broken in and difficult to assemble
Color: Red Size: X20
I purchased this for my boyfriend. He sent this to me and I've copied and pasted it verbatim: I tried to like it, I really did. I adjusted it as much as I could, but... Just no. I spent time gaming in it to see how that would feel, and it was miserable. I felt like i was sitting on a furnace, as it has absolutely no breathability that a chair that will hold an ass for prolonged periods of time should have. The backs of my knees were drenched in sweat, which hasn't happened to me since the military. The "pillows" have no squish to them, so it brings back the memories of resting on rocks in the field to get some "good" shut eye. I tried painting miniatures in it, and while the fact that you can actually lock it back is nice, it takes the force of a thousand cosmic explosions to put it back and the sound it makes is like nails on a chalkboard, only the chalkboard is your eardrum and the nails are machine guns firing at a cyclic rate until the barrels melt. And putting it together requires more effort and strength than most gamers can muster, and the instructions take a master's degree in engineering to figure out. (Feel free to us all of this in the review, give it a star because it is acts like a freaking chair). UPDATE from the bf 12/21/2020 Once it's broken in, it does not take a thousand cosmic explosions to lock the chair back, And it does not sound like nails on a chalkboard whenever you adjust it. It still feels like a furnace, and it is a fart flavor saver. I have not used the pillows so my view cannot change on that. Give it 4 stars instead of 1. ... show more

  • Uneven, cheap, poor quality. Usefuly novelty item or for a child weighing less than 90 lbs..
Color: Black Size: X30
I usually don't bother with reviews unless I really like a product. I am willing to make an exception for this. After assembling this chair and sitting in it the first time, I felt like something was off. The chair just feels uneven. I am not a big guy. I weigh 180. I figured that maybe I was being crazy and I just had to get used to it. Wrong. This thing is cheaply made, and most definitely sits uneven. If you like slightly leaning left or right than this is the chair for you. The arm rests for this thing sit 1.5-2 inches off from eachother. After only 3 months of regular use, the padding in the seat is virtually useless after 30 seconds of sitting in the seat now. I have also notice that the rear bottom right mounting bolt for the back is not holding the backing in place, so it slightly teeters back and forth. So the chair I replaced with this one is about to replace this chair until I can get a replacement, and I'm gonna put this one in my trash can. *Update* So I have had no choice but to use this thing until I could get a replacement chair, but this thing was driving me crazy so I took it apart. The materials holding this thing together are literally garbage. I opened this thing up and I found a weld for the chair frame had broken completely off on one side, and it looks like the metal is all rusted on the inside frame. This chair is literal garbage. Pros: Cheap Simple Assembly Stylish Flammable Cons: Reliability Quality Comfort Life-span Poor materials ... show more

  • Do not buy !
Color: Grey Size: X10
Cheaply made, stiff and uncomfortable chair. The color is more of a blue than grey. The fabric on the bottom of the seat was hanging loose right out of the box. Did I say very uncomfortable. Overall I would give it zero rating if I could as I feel like I wasted my money on a chair that feels like I will be ruining my back if I sit longer than 5min. Be aware !! ... show more

  • Noticeably Lopsided, extremely cheap
Color: White Size: X10
Assembly wasn't hard, aside from two screw holes not properly threaded, and fabric holes punched through misaligned with screw housing. At first glance everything about this just screams cheap chinese-made product, produced at breakneck speed with no care for quality assurance. After assembly, it's painfully obvious that it's lopsided. No, I didn't assemble it wrong, it goes together with six screws with pre-measured and pre-drilled holes. It looks a bit droopy. Slightly sad even. The arms sit at slightly different heights and angles, the back is slightly slanted, and the upholstery is not square or cleanly done; the mesh throughout the chair runs in slightly different, inconsistent angles. As for comfort, eh, it's a cheap chair. I'm replacing a 12 year old leather executive chair, so it might not be a great sign that I sat in this and thought, "well it feels about as padded as my old one". The only benefit I can feel in this one is that it's much smaller and I can't slouch in this one. I normally vouch that you get the quality that you pay for. But I feel like a chair priced at $130 on SALE down from a supposed $200-something, you'd get something actually decent. ... show more

  • Poor padding and loud
Color: Black Size: X10
Bought this back in dec 19 to replace my old chair. It was easy to put together but within the first week the left arm came off. Easy enough to put back on but it keeps coming loose. The padding is cheap. My elbows wore down the foam by the second month so now the rest on the plywood. The seat padding isn't much better. It gets uncomfortable after an hour or so because the padding is too thin. And the creaking, oh God, the creaking. A little movement and there is very loud creaking. Over all a borderline ok chair but would would suggest buying one a little more expensive with better padding ... show more
