I bought this product about a month ago as a desk chair to be used around 6 hours a day. It worked really well and was very comfortable. . . for 3 weeks. Then one day after completely normal use, I sat down and the chair sunk. All of the way down. As I bought this to be a tall chair for my desk, it was useless as a short chair. My first step was to troubleshoot, to fiddle with all of the knobs and see if I could fix it myself. I couldn't. So, I went to the company's website and filed a claim asking for help trying to fix it. Two weeks, and no response. So, I reached out through Amazon. Another week and again no response. It was the last thing I wanted to do, but the time came where I had to replace the chair with a completely new one from a different company. I'm very disappointed; a good chair with a mechanical problem showed the complete failures of this company and their customer service. They wasted my time and my money and I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to waste yours. ... show more

Bought this because the current pandemic is forcing me to work from home. I had a bar stool that was uncomfortable so I bought this hoping to relieve tension on my lower back but this has not helped at all. I find myself standing 50% of time because hurts my back to sit in the chair.

1. Assembly instructions aren’t great. See pic for step by step if you need help. 2. I don’t like that the rubber covers for the screws (Black) don’t match the frame (Gray) 3. The fabric on the gray chair reads as off white to me. Haven’t used it yet but will update soon!

    • A decent chair, but has a few issues

I bought this chair primarily because it had movable arm rests that can be risen out of the way. This is very helpful since I wanted to be able to play guitar at my desk. The foot rest is also pretty comfortable. But two somewhat major issues with the chair are that after sitting in it for a while, the seat starts get more and more uncomfortable -- I'd say about 3-4 hours (currently working from home). The other issue is that it is very squeaky -- moving slightly back, to the left, or right causes it to start squeaking pretty loudly. I've gotten used to it by now, even after trying to WD-40 the points that are causing the squeak to no avail. ... show more

This chair is well padded. The seat shape is comfortable. The padding on the arms it a luxury. The back mesh with the lumbar curve for support fits so well. I love the lift up arms as I work in a small space, so it is great to move the arms out of the way as needed. I am a smaller person and often office chairs are to large even after adjusting to be just right. I am so happy with this purchase. The chair shipped and delivered quickly. The instructions for assembly are user friendly. The chair was easily assembled in a short time without needing another person to assist. The arms are not adjustable in height; a taller person may not be able to rest their elbows as the arms are lower than would be appropriate for a tall person. I highly recommend this chair. Okay, I will at that I was a little skeptical at first to be getting a high seating draft chair with tilt lock adjustability, swing away arms and a mesh back......... BUT, now I will say, I stand corrected! This is a very good chair... Period :-)! Its' easy to assemble first off ( don't get intimidated by the instructions...it's simple), it works great... good height, easy to adjust. comfortable. So much so that I purchased a second a week later... for my office. The only thing I would say kept it from getting 5 stars for me is that foot rest... has the twist knob to tighten, but most people stand on the foot rest and apply downward pressure which can cause the footrest to move. It could use a different type of locking mechanism to ensure the footrest remains in the desired position. Other than that... Get this chair.. You will be glad you did... Worth every penny! :-) ... show more

I am so THRILLED with this chair!!! I had been contemplating the "Flash Furniture Mid-Back Armless Ribbed Upholstered Leather Conference Chair, White", but worried the white wouldn't match my newly refinished desk I worked so hard on. I couldn't stand the thought of an off white chair clashing with my BRIGHT WHITE desk. I contemplated with their black chair but was so unsure about comfort and too much black in my space. Finding this great silver chair was just the right fit. It blends so nicely with my new nickel hardware and the silver tones on my electronics. Also, my desk is more traditional, so that was another thing I worried about and I felt this chair would look best with my desk. Comfort was another MAIN concern. I knew I wanted an arm less chair because I love getting close to my desk and using my table to rest my arms on. Another GREAT thing about this chair is you can push up the arms, or bring them down. So I have the option of having them when I need them. That's AWESOME!!! As I sit and write this review they are pushed up. I have to say this is the most comfortable chair I've ever had, including the ones I had at my job. I've never used one of those fancy high end chairs before so I can't compare to those. I can only compare to what I've had the experience of using and this is by far the most comfortable. I sit for at least 6-8 hours in it since I'm a graphic designer. I also have back lower back problems and I've had no discomfort. If I am to say anything negative it is that I didn't realize the back was going to be constructed of material. I thought it would be like a wire or plastic. My fear is that it can easily snag and if it does, it will continue to make a big HOLE and the back would be useless. I noticed a very small snag in the center of it when we were putting it together. I'm hoping it won't grow and was thinking of putting some clear nail polish on it to keep it from expanding. I figure if that works on nylons it should have the same effect on the chair. I will update if that does happen if anyone would like to know, My cheapy phone isn't the best representation of the chair but you can see how well it works with the nickel hardware and silver tones on my electronics if anyone cares about those things as I did ; ) Super happy I bought this chair!!!! ... show more
