We were a little nervous about ordering chairs from Amazon but these were affordable and they looked great. Happy to say they are also nice in person. Not soft at all but the arms and legs look high quality and they are aesthetically pleasing to the eye in real life. Very easy assembly.

I was very upset with the first piece I received and reached out to the seller and did not hear back. I believe I was mistakenly given a returned product box and accidents happen. While I hadn’t heard from the seller they were taking action because two days late a new piece was at my door when I arrived home. Beautifully packaged everything looked great. Great chairs! Was not expecting the memory foam texture of the cushions which make them very comfy to sit on. Also bigger / taller than I was expecting based on the photos, which is a good thing in my case. Over all took me and my husband 15 minutes per chair to put together. Screws and supplies were well labeled and instructions were easy to follow. Adds the perfect mid century modern look to our living room. Fairly sturdy as well- my husband is 6’7 and a big guy and he can comfortably sit with both my dogs and feel well supported. Overall happy with the purchase, especially for the price. ... show more

When attempting to assemble the chairs a screw for one of the legs would not start. The other screw started just fine. I even attempted to start the screw without going through the bottom and it still would not start. So we started the return process. We sent the initial request which was answered with send a picture of defect, as explained hard to send a picture of a screw not starting. Next response was instructions of how to screw them in all the way. Repeated that one side worked fine the other side would not. Another response of send a video now of the screws not going in. This seller has done sold us 2 defective chairs and now wants to drag out the return process. I asked for a phone call to explain or a facetime call and those responses are never acknowledged. This chair looks nice, was easy to put together alone- but it is NOT comfortable, in my opinion. The cushions are super stiff and hit at an awkward point in your back. The pillow provided helps a bit but this is definitely a looks piece and not your next cozy reading chair.
