Chair is beautiful and comfortable. There are No Directions so make sure you know the correct position the mount goes or you will have to reverse it if you get it wrong the first time like I did. I couldn't believe the price variation, I saw it for as high as $1200+ and I found and bought it for $453 total, all on Amazon, so it pays to price search. Chair itself is very comfortable, I'm 6'4" and I can still rest my head against the back. Adjustable height. A little heavy but solid. Chair looks lovely but it sucks! has only one adjustment for height and the seat tilts forward making it very uncomfortable, especially for long days at work- tried to get help or make adjustments but got NOwhere with the number to flash furniture- no answer, left messages- no call back- I guess I am just out $500 and with a sore ass & back- I wasn't expecting it to be Amazing for the price but certainly was not wanting to be in pain after using it for a two weeks- too late for return to amazon as I bought as part of a remodel project and did not get a chance to really sit in before the 30 return expired-Do NOT but this chair if you are planing to use it more than 1-2 hours a day ... show more

WE PAID ALMOST $700 FOR THIS CHAIR AND AFTER 4 MNTHS IT BROKE WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET SOEONE TO HELP US AND NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO US. I WORK IN LAW AND IT LOOKS LIKE WE WILL HAVE TO SEND THEM AN OFFICIAL LETTER

worst item i have ever ordered on amazon, may even force me to go back to old fashioned retail stores for good packaging was obviously repacked (maybe several times) now i know why, when i saw condition of box i should have refused to accept, but i really needed an office chair i opened and started to assemble when i noticed immediately that the base wood that covered the part w/ the wheels was shattered i figured "oh well" my fault for accepting damaged box, really only cosmetic (or so i thought) damage causes wheel to grind against my wood floors. glue visible around buttons on back of chair. lever that raises and is supposed to set tilt operation must be bent, doesn't work correctly, only up and down this may be a $400 dollar lesson (plus now i have damaged wood floors) ... show more

Pros So comfy! fresh fake leather smell Was worried the chair would be small but at 5'9 the back rest is 2 inches above my head. distance from back to knee is perfect. Not small and not too long. Cons: One of the wooden legs is cracked from shipping or from factory box was pretty beat up my guess was shipping. Chair wobbles which is weird. Wheels are somewhat cheap. Legs are not solid wood but wood covers for the metal legs ... show more

Holes in base plate didn't line up with the pre-drilled slots under the seat of the chair. Needless to say - it was near impossible to mount the base plate. Thankfully amazon took it back. Screws also stripped in the process. Chair also not leather as title suggests. It's a shame because it's a nice looking chair. Poor manufacturing and plastic look / feel for something that should be leather as advertised. For $400 I was expecting a high quality chair. This is more 'made in China' junk. ... show more

This chair is imitation leather, marketed as leather. It has started disintegrating on both arms and front of seating area. When I purchased chair 5 years ago, it was marketed as leather on the areas your body contacts. This product, and probably other product sold by "FLASH FURNITURE STORE", are not worth the investment, RUN: They will eventually disintegrate/deteriorate.
