I absolutely love everything about this bag. It’s simple, classic and very versatile; it can function as a crossbody during the day, but remove the strap and it’s perfect for dinner in a restaurant. When using the crossbody strap, the clasp allows the bag to be secured to a chairback or other fixed point for safe keeping. The structured design is generous enough to make the bag really practical without feeling too large and it’s comfortable to carry…oh, and chic. It’s like a cousin to the little black dress; always turns heads, never fussy, never out of style. I have carried it while wearing a dress and also in a pair of jeans. The workmanship and materials on this piece are beautifully high-end, from the leather to the hardware and fabric lining (thick woven cotton/linen feel). I was so impressed by the bag that I went in search of more info about the company and found that they have an impressive 350 leather goods in their catalog. Ooh, ahhh… pretty things! The company states that all of their bags are made of “certified premium quality full-grain hand-dyed vegetable-tanned Italian cowhide (Vachetta leather)”. This explains the great smell and quality, and for something of this caliber, the price is particularly attractive. I can see myself using this bag frequently for many years to come and when it’s not in use, the dust cover is a wonderful touch. The media could not be loaded. This is a BEAUTIFUL piece. It’s real leather and I loved to the structured look. It’s very well made. It has a short handle and long strap for a cross body. The color is stunning! I’ve been looking for a small bag to swap with my designer bag.
