I couldn't believe that even the lightest resistance was incredibly difficult! They are super easy to use and the material is comfortable and soft. I think they will hold up very well, which is a good thing because my family stole them! Ha! I got this set on the recommendation of my chiropractor who suggested the finger extension bands could help with my carpal tunnel symptoms. I love that there are different strength bands because I had no idea which one I needed. Also the grip rings are great too, and each ring has two strength options depending how you rotate it. The bands have been very durable and I haven't had any issues with ripping. (I did have a learning curve due to hypermobility in my joints making my fingers extend improperly at the beginning.) I do have smaller hands, so maybe that's why I haven't had the tearing issues reported by others? ... show more

I was recently diagnosed with De Quervain's tenosynovitis of my wrist and was told to do exercises. This little set of equipment is working out well, but I'm only able to use the lightest weight ones at this point. I'm 81 years old, and I actually doubt that I'll ever be able to use the stronger weighted items, but I'm just happy with the ones I am able to use. ... show more

The product seems great (only just opened it) but I'm annoyed because once opened, the box it contained 2 10/20 pound rings instead of the 50/60 pound ring. I really don't want to go through the hassle of returning it. Is there some other way I can just get that missing 50/60 pound ring? After posting this, I saw an option through the Amazon Orders page that allowed me to return and replace the item at no cost. I received the replacement (which does have the right items in the box this time) the same day I sent the original back. I am happy with the product and it works well. Rubber donut things were too small and the 60lbs resistance is more like 30. Might be good for rehabbing an injury but not enough to build strength
