    • 3 Dead Cameras - 3 Month Warranty? CRAP product
I WAS RIPPED OFF. I wrote Eufy about the first 4Kcamera fail and, after doing all the things to resolve my problem, I asked for a replacement. They asked for my address and then said their warranty was ONLY 3 MONTHS. I paid close to $300 for this piece of CRAP that now has 3 DEAD 4K Cameras that will not connect to the base. They can't be reset. What an utter design FAIL. This is a very bad company with a very bad product. I wouldn't recommend it even as a door stop. Certainly not worthy of any type of home security. The epic fail rate is costly. I will never buy anything made by eufy again. I am posting this in my neighborhood group and on Facebook to warn others against this company's products. No one should be ripped off like this! ... show more

This is our 2nd set.. this is a upgrade to the 2cpro we love both sets.. great camera's battery's last and love the ease of use from phone.

    • 90 warranty is GARBAGE
I've used eufy for over 4 years. Upgraded to home-base3 in October 23, all S300 3C cams mounted inside. One failed in September 24. It's a brick now and Eufy's responce "Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing us with detailed information. We appreciate your time and effort in doing so. Upon verifying your order details, I regret to inform you that your product has unfortunately expired its 3 months warranty period on 2024-01-31. Under normal circumstances, we are unable to provide warranty service for orders that are out of warranty." These little cams are not cheep. The set of four renewed was around $500 when I purchased. So now one of them just dies 11 months later with no exposure to the elements, mounted high out childrens reach and in a climate controlled, non smoking house. I don't normally purchase the extra warranty for electronics, but if Eufy will not stand behind their product it might be worth it. UPDATE: after 7 messages going back and forth with customer care, they are sending me a one time only, refurbished cam s300 to replace the failed unit. I'm grateful for them backing their product, however I would suggest they make it easier and just stand behind their product instead of so many hurdles to get resolution. ... show more

Camera stopped charging and was told by the Eufy/Ankler customer service desk that It was only warrantied for 3 months. ( did not even last a year and now I have an expensive camera that is a brick) DO NOT BUY
