I am a small woman and I had no problems putting this together myself. The one bolt I asked my husband to tighten he broke, so, tighten with the strength of a small woman only. Luckily they included extra hardware. I really liked the construction of the slide and it was everything it claimed to be, but it was too slippery (even with grippy socks or bare feet) and steep for either of our 10ft and 16ft tramps. This was so easy to set up and install. After having a new baby it was harder to help my 2 & 4 year olds in and out of trampoline as easily. This made it easy access for them to independently get in and out! Highly recommend. We ordered this to make it easier for our 3 year old to get off his trampoline. When we received it, we had a very small issue with one of the pieces. I reached out via their listed email and their customer service was superior! They got back to me in less than 24 hours and expedited a new item so we had it in less than a week. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and quick they were with fixing the issue. The slide itself is excellent...easy to put together and my toddler loves both climbing it to get into his trampoline and sliding down to get out.
