We ordered this to make it easier for our 3 year old to get off his trampoline. When we received it, we had a very small issue with one of the pieces. I reached out via their listed email and their customer service was superior! They got back to me in less than 24 hours and expedited a new item so we had it in less than a week. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and quick they were with fixing the issue. The slide itself is excellent...easy to put together and my toddler loves both climbing it to get into his trampoline and sliding down to get out. Highly recommended if you're a parent who gets tired of getting up at 3 minutes to lift their toddler off of the trampoline!

I bought this to attach to an 8’ trampoline with enclosure because I didn’t know if my toddler grandchildren could do a ladder. It works well, it isn’t a steep slide since an 8 ‘ trampoline isn’t as high off the ground as larger size trampolines.

The slide works but the box had pieces sticking through. It cut my hand while I brought it in the house. I was dissatisfied with the package and had to modify it to make it safe for my kids. Edit: This seller has been wonderful to deal with. She rectified the situation for me and states that she will change the packaging in the future. I would buy from them again. They reached out promptly and did a great job

Don't know if it's just that my grandkids (ages 2 and 4) are extremely rough or if the product has issues. Bought this as a gift to go with trampoline so the little ones could access the trampoline without having someone lift them up and down - but after 2 weeks or so of daily use and play, everything needed retightening and kept loosening. Think I'll do a step ladder - cause if you don't check and tighten every day or so, this comes apart and becomes a hazard. Lesson Learned.
