This is a good unit to operate - have had one for several years and just purchased four more because of reliable operation. The assembly method has changed and is very poor. The nut that holds the weighted base to the rest of the structure does not fit and easily strips out the plastic holding area. The bolts for both the center post and the heat deflector are not quite long enough to consistently get the nut threaded. Almost need two people -- one to push hard and the other to thread. This could have been easily solved in the design with just a slightly longer bolt. A really good product - just need to fix this assembly. ... show more
