We decided to install a fan in our home office, we found this one that was similar to ones we have in other areas of our home. It works great installation was little bit challenging because the instructions were somewhat vague, translation from Chinese to english I guess. some of the steps could have been more detailed, fortunatly I have installed several fans in the past so I was able to install with little problem. For a first timer it might be a big challenge. We are happy with how it works. The light is a panel with many small LED's instead of bulbs, it gives enough light for the 12'x14' room. ... show more

An experienced electrician installed and fussed about it the whole time. I observed and it was difficult. That said it is a very attractive fan, moves a lot of air and is quiet. The remote doesn't have a memory so you have to reset each time. There is very little difference between daylight setting and the next setting down that combines daylight and soft light. Had to take the light cover off the see that there really was a change. Not that big a deal but you eyes are not deceiving you. ... show more

The fan is great but asked about replacement remotes because this is for a rental property and remotes get lost. I looked at questions posted by other buyers and found “just email the following and they will send you how to get replacements”. Total scam!! “Just send the money to my PayPal account and I will arrange the delivery”. Total scam!! Still cannot find how you actually get a replacement remote because you can’t buy on website. Went from a great fan to scam to can’t get a replacement remote! Don’t buy! The website is horrible and how you can’t buy a replacement remote is totally stupid!! ... show more

I love the way this fan looks in our bedroom. The remote control is awesome since I usually have to turn on and off quite often to keep the temperature in room comfortable. The silver/grey finish is perfect with my grey furniture in the room.
