I have always wanted a sapphire flanked by diamonds, but didn't want a cheap knock off stones, or plated 14k gold. These stones are stunning and because the setting uses real 10K gold and sterling silver, I know it will last and pass for white gold. But, I wear a size 7 on my ring finger and this is too big. So, I can either wear it on my middle finger or flank it with small silver bands as shown in photos.
