The lock came well packaged and includes all necessary hardware to install . I would have given it 5 stars,but the app to me was a little buggy. Installation was pretty straight foward mechanically. Before installing, I benched checked the lock. I think this will save you sometime outdide when it cold out. Install the app and register, here was the first issue the instuctions did not mention that you need a capital letter in the password. Now one note I would like to make .Most of the electronic items come from China and they all have their own registration and their apps want all kind of info. What I do is use an old galaxy 5 phone a Google phone number that I have used for all these apps and a unique email. Bluetooth and wifi work on it Nothing elese on the phone,so no back door fo any info,better to be safe than sorry. Back to the app they show a qr code but when you scan it, it wants you to download an apk,not a good idea so go to play store and get it might be a little safer.Once you get it loaded and registered connect to bluetooth and set it up,I had a few issues with paring,but after a few tries got it to work. It was very easy to install, I was able to replace existing one, with this lock in half an hour. Overall like the quality of the lock and usage. With so many options for unlocking like number code, nfc fob, fingerprint and key if everything is not working so definitely loved having so many options on the lock. Few things that I did not like about the app: there is no option to remote lock. In addition, there is handle that you have to turn even after unlock which makes it very difficult if you have stuff in hand and you can unlock using mobile or fob however that will not open the lock for you, you need to turn the handle after unlock to open. ... show more

This fingerprint door lock is verry cool and has many modes to unlock it, but the fingerprint is obviously the fastest and the easiest to setup, but I wish the fingerprint sensor was on the actual handle like some other smart locks, it whould be alot more ergonomic that way

This Geonfino 6 in 1 smart lock is one of the best smart locks that I have tried thus far! It has so many options, so there's really no way you can get locked out of your house! I love the code options, they are great when you have teenagers that are constantly losing their keys. I no longer have to worry about a set of my keys some being lost some where. Now my boys can get into the house at night, without having to come and knock on the window, they can input their code or print and they're back inside. No waking up the house by banging on the door or windows... This is a big issue in my home! I can cancel the codes at any time so I don't have to worry about the code being accessed by someone that it shouldn't be accessed by. I can access the lock via app when I am away from home with no problems. Very user friendly! So many different ways to open this lock, it is extremely impressive. I can go on and on about its functions, because there are so many! Easy installation, comes with an actual user manual which looks a lot more professional than some others that I have tried. The look and feel of this lock is very high quality, seems very durable, and I trust this lock to protect my house and family! We are in the middle of a remodel and we are waiting to install this permanently. Upon arrival I inspected the box and the fixture itself and I could tell right away that it was all made very well. The door knob and lock feels very heavy and solid, and the instructions look straightforward, as far as installation goes. Setting up all of the cool features may take a little while but do not look to be too labor intensive nor do you have to be extremely tech savvy. The installation and setup was a bit tedious but once you get pass that, everything works like a charm. Being able to unlock your door from halfway across the world is awesome. The handle of the lock does feel a bit like it would break easy but I tested it for a while with a bit of strength and it is still good, maybe it’s my muscle memory from my previous door handle. ... show more
