Installation was relatively simple. However, even at first, the fingerprint part was finicky. When imputting the code the number was often misread. Eventually, it stopped registering the numbers when you would press them, so you would have to do it over and over to get the combination the right way. Within approximately 6 months or so it stopped even registering when you would push the numbers. We've changed the batteries multiple times and the pad is still not sensitive enough to be able to register the number as you're inputting. Ultimately, we had to remove it because it was so unreliable.

It was an easy installation that took less than 30 minutes per door. If you have a need for an electronic keypad, this unit should definitely be on your shopping list.

I’ve been using this product for four months, and overall, it performs well. The fingerprint stopped working, I have 2 more issues First, the battery life is disappointing—it lasted less than a month before needing a replacement or recharge. This is inconvenient, especially for a product marketed as reliable. Second, while the device does have a battery level notification feature, it’s locked behind a paid membership. This feels restrictive and unnecessary, as it’s a basic function that should be included with the product. I tried to reach out to the manufacturer asking for technical support but I didn’t get any response 🙁😡😡

Ok so because of my current door lock sizes I ended up having to install this upside-down. Functions great just wish I measured first so I didn't have to type in numbers upside-down.

ALL I CAN SAY IS DONT BUY THIS LOCK! IT STOPPED WORKING AFTHER 9MONS.WOULD NOT LOCK. SEEMS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM IN THIS LOCK. IT HAS BRANDNEW BATTEREIS AND STOPPED LOCKING. EVEN PUT NEW BATTEREIS IN IT SAME PROMBLEM. THIS WENT ON FOR A WEEK. THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT LOCKED AND COULD NOT OPEN IT WITH THE CODE OR FINGER RECOGNITION. I RECHEAD OUT TO THERE SUPPORT ONLY TO GET NO HELP AT ALL. SO MUCH FOR THE 1YR WARRENTY THE COMPANY WILL NOT STAND BY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND.
