There are pros and cons to this bed from my perspective but overall, I am satisfied. First, it is a gorgeous bed. The headboard kind of reminds of a Japanese sword (Katana) case. YOU WILL NEED A BOX SPRING. A tip to know before you buy is the height from the ground. The beds that don't have a much higher clearance in the space that a box spring would normally fill. This one is low but with still enough space to store stuff underneath. It is sturdy enough. One thing I didn't like is how the headboard does bend slightly backwards if sitting upright and leaning against it but began to trust that it didn't bend too far back, after awhile. Unlike traditional metal bedframes, it doesn't connect the same way. You just hook the railing into it and the footboard. Then lay the middle support slats into their respective slots. It is a surprising sturdy design despite the 'so easy a child could do it' construction. I have to give props on the engineering of the railing. It bends in half (on a hinge) for shipping yet is completely sturdy once extended. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I waited a good 2 months to review as I wanted to make sure it wouldn't collapse or something after awhile. I just moved and had to take it apart then put it back to together. Both were done within a couple minutes... 2 minutes to be exact. No struggling at all. I didn't pay full price. I am not sure if there was a promotion at the time (only saw it at checkout) or the reduction was due to the COVID-19 restrictions at the time (they ship from Indiana and shipped quickly, I might add) but it is worth the cost due to the fact that I searched for 6 months to find a metal bed that was under $500 and still looked good with minimal to no design defects.

GREAT CHOICE!! Buying online, unseen, is often iffy or down right scary. I took a chance with this bed, and it was a great choice. It is very sturdy, and it doesn't rattle or squeak. It was easy to assemble, and it looks GREAT. The instructions tell you not to move it once assembled (due to how it fits together), so I was a little hesitant to move it when I needed to reach the electrical outlet. However, with the box spring and mattress on, it's even sturdier. I was able to easily slide the bed without any issues.

It looks really nice. Super easy to put together. Seems sufficiently sturdy. We are very pleased, We took a chance when we ordered it to use with our adjustable mattress system(a mattress that raises and lowers to watch tv, etc) because it’s not described as a frame that’s compatible with an adjustable mattress system. It just sort of forms an enclosure around our adjustable mattress, and for our style of adjustable mattress system, it’s working just fine.

We bought this for our new "hybrid" (i.e. spring and memory foam) Tuft & Needle California King-sized mattress. We had a different brand metal frame before for over 10 years, so the bar was high (no pun intended ☺️). While we've only had this for a little over a month, I have no reason to believe it won't last for years and years. The quality is great and it's just like the picture! Be aware that it IS quite low to the ground. You will have to use the flat ("ornament storage" style) tupperware if you'd like to store anything under the bed. Along that same line, since it's so low to the ground, we went with a 9" platform and it's just right when combined with the mattress height.

Before buying this bed I read the reviews and came away with the idea that it was easy to assemble. It was. I'm a single woman and put it together in under an hour at about 9pm one night. There are stickers on each end of each piece with letters on them, and you follow the pictures and put it together. Eazy-smeezy.

This frame is good, not great. Looks very nice and it's pretty easy to assemble. I wish the base was a little more substantial. We have a California king bed. We had to do some adjustments to make it work for our bed. Probably would be great for full size beds. Just needs a bit more structure for a bed our size.

I looked a very long time for this bed. Read lots of reviews. I was not disappointed. It’s a beautiful, sturdy bed. The headboard piece is really classy, not too small or too big. What really drew me to the bed was the smaller footboard. My room is narrow and I didn’t want anything that I would bump into. It was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. I easily put the frame together myself but needed a little help lining up the headboard. Thats was it. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.
