The media could not be loaded. Easy to setup with great instructions. Purchased interlocking foam blocks and duct taped them together for padding since on the ground. Then put hot tub ground cover over to reduce slippage. Had this setup and filled within and hour and a half. Reached temp within nine hours. The jets or bubbles are not as strong as a regular hot tub but definitely has therapeutic qualities. Just curious if anyone else has has issues with any leaks. We got this in mid October but just put it up 6 days ago after having new concrete work done. I’ve had to fill it 3 times this week with air and just can’t find where the issue is. I’ve only been in it once and it seems to heat well but filling it with air everytime we want to I se it is not going to be super convenient. ... show more
