First, This product came with no charger. It also goes in the wrong direction. After I calibrated the device, and balanced it, it doesn’t allow the rider to go in the direction intended. It also keeps putting on the automatic brakes and not allowing the rider to ride, sounding the alarm warning. Nine year old daughter received this from Santa Claus. She loved it.had never ridden On one and she's darn best a pro by Christmas dinner. Even I jumped on And tooted around on it .. miraculously managed not to break any bones ! Fun! Shes happy with it. && also,we love the lights!

My wife and I bought this for our daughter for her birthday in May of 2019. 1.5 months later and the battery hardly holds a charge for more than 15 minutes of ride time before she has to put it back on the charger. I think the battery should last longer than 15 minutes.. other than the battery the product rides good and is a decent gift as long as you can get that battery to last.. ... show more
