I've washed this once thus far, according to label instructions, and it didn't fall apart. It seems to be fairly warm. It is very soft; it doesn't feel scratchy or like plastic. It feels like an unbelivably soft cotton, is the best way I can put it. The sleeves are plenty long enough, too. It doesn't feel restrictive. I wish I would have gone a size down. I think the size chart on UA's website is quite accurate. I didn't want it to be too tight and a lot of people were saying it was going to shrink, so I got a small. I really should have just gotten an XS, which would have been my size according to the chart and my measurements. If my other hoodie (not UA) didn't have literal holes in it, I probably would have sent this one back for a smaller size and waited for that process to take place via mail. This will work, though. I am a fan of the zipper. Sometimes, zippers do that weird thing where they buckle out and are super stiff when you sit down with it zipped. Perhaps it's due to the length of this hoodie on me, but I am able to kind of fold it and smooth the front down, so I don't look weird sitting at my desk or in the car with this on. That was a concern of mine and I'm glad the zipper is as relatively flexible as it is. I would definitely get another one of these, but I would get my actual size next time. Also, I got this on sale. I don't think there is anything special enough to warrant paying full price for it. For example, it would look better if the logo was embroidered instead of ironed on.
