This specific one i ordered in pink, was supposed to stay charged 2+ hours of ride time, my kid can't ride it for 30 min without it dying, and It takes 5 hours to charge i believe. The lights in the wheels went out the second use. It constantly beeps and throws her off. She's very experienced w/ a hoover board but this product is trash. UPDATING MY REVIEW: 3/24/25 I requested a replacement product was sent one promptly, before returning original really liked that. I sent defective one back a week or so later after my kid made sure the new one was operable . The second hoverboard i received is much better! It looks the same, but doesn't constantly beep. Seems to get a solid hour of run time in. She doesn't play much more than that and the will run it straight to charger. Will do this 2-3x a day (7YO) THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IS GREAT, Maybe the first one was defective, idk but they didn't give me flack about a return almost 2ish months after the fact. This was a great christmas present for our 9 year old. He loves this thing and is on it multiple times a day. Sometimes it gets stuck on cracks so I suggest you make sure your kid has a helmet on and pads if you think necessary. It does seem to die fairly quickly but also charges back up at a decent speed so it hasnt been the worst problem. Just be aware if you let your kids take it on a walk you will be lugging it home depending on how far you make it. ... show more

Was good until it lasted. This was a XMas present but due to the size of the package, could not be concealed so the kids actually got to use it the day it was delivered which is a week before xmas. Worked great and kids took it for a spin. It was used well over the holidays and everything was great. The problem started last week when it started to loose charge within a few mins of being fully charged. Over multiple charges, the same issue was observed and the concerning part was that when it lost charge, it stopped abruptly causing you to loose balance and jump. Thankfully nothing serious. Would have loved to keep it as kiddos enjoyed riding it but dont want to be stuck with a toy which is starting to malfunction just past 30 days ... show more
