It's a decent machine however the display is not working, and I have reached out to the company two times in a week and a half and have not received a response. I keep getting the E01 error like another customer mentioned and though he was able to get a response from customer service, I have not. It's hard to use the machine when it sporadically stops working in the middle of a workout. I took a chance on a no name company. and though the machine seems of decent quality, they are not good about responding. My next step is to try to reach out to Amazon itself and see I can get any help in getting what I need. I will say that if you are in need of a water bottle holder, this machine does not have one. I looked at so many that I forgot that this one didn't have one when I bought it. Also beware of the price changes. I wish I got it for the black Friday deal price another customer mentioned as it is worth that price more than what I paid for it. Update: Though Amazon sent me a new machine and I had to disassemble the first one I received and send back just because of the one part that could have been replaced now a crucial piece of the machine broke and cannot get a hold of anyone regarding a replacement part. The machine is not even a year old and it broke after minimal use. Don't be fooled by their claim to have great customer services, they have none at all! Please learn from my mistake and save yourself from the aggravation and wasted money and buy something else.

This elliptical machine is easy to use. It is sturdy and can support people of different sizes. My family and I have been using it for a few months now and it's a good value for price. I'm a senior and I find it easy to operate and very comfortable even if I use it for a long time. Elliptical workouts are good for seniors which was the reason why my wife and I bought this. We can still do our everyday walk even if the weather outside does not permit it.

The media could not be loaded. Great experience purchasing, arrived quickly and well packaged. Will update review once my wife has opened her elliptical on Christmas Day:) Update 12/26/23: Set it up and it works great! Both me and my wife love it so far. Good quality for what we paid (I got it as a black Friday deal). Setup out of the box took about thirty minutes and I did it without any help. All the parts came with it and everything works as it should. I like how the screen and controls work and I really like the spot where you can put your phone or tablet to watch YouTube or movies while using the machine! It hadls six rubber feet on the bottom that can be screwed in and out to get the machine perfectly level and flush on your floor (great for our older wood floors which are slightly uneven). The holder that holds the phone or tablet has a rubberish textured pad that helps grip your device. I haven't been worried about anything falling off it while working out and overall I'm very impressed with the minimalist design and smooth/quiet operation. I'll continue to update as time goes by.

Two stars is a generous rating. I bought this item last October because it is rated for 400 pounds; I weigh 260. Apparently not all of it is truly rated for 400 lbs---or even 260. After seven months of 4-5 day a week/20-30 minute sessions, the plastic glide rail guard on the left side broke meaning that the glide would not stay on the rail. The machine became worthless except as a clothes rack. I understand that it was easily returnable only within a thirty day window, and only if you could somehow get it back into the original packaging, so i attempted to contact the support email in the manual. I was fully prepared to buy a new guard and install it myself. No one even responded to the email. Now that's customer service! What a disappointment and the last time I'll buy exercise equipment from Amazon.

I like the fact the machine was delivered pre installed. However, I had to purchase longer screws to keep the console in place. What's really annoying is the squeeky loud noise when using it. I wish I could return it but it would take to much effort.

So far so good. Caveat is that we haven’t really started in earnest as before we could, a cover on one of the wheels broke off. Waiting for customer service to respond to us. The machine was somewhat fiddly to put together but not hard. It is heavy though so two people would be best as it says. Feels relatively stable and solid. Also looks rather nice with its fake wood finish. Update: increased to five star as their cs is responsive and helped out with the broken piece- no effect on usage at anyrate as it was just cosmetic.

This elliptical looks beautiful online, and I was excited to see such a high weight limit as I'm on the heavy side. Upon completely opening and assembling the product, I got on and the machine felt a bit unstable. I inspected the machine which had a typical warning label. "Not to exceed 265lbs." 😑 well I do exceed 265lbs, not by a huge amount, but by enough to not feel comfortable breaking into a full fledged run on this machine. My son enjoyed it a bit, but he is a preteen weighing around 100lbs. I had a fit adult friend try the machine, far below the weight limit, and they agreed that it didn't flow easily and feels unnatural. I tried using it a few times but it was too hard to work with. I use ellipticals regularly at the gym and can run at around 6.5mph for an hour or more. I struggled to get through 15 minutes on this machine. Ultimately I decided to return the item. The return policy requires the machine to be disassembled and in the original packaging.... Who keeps a huge cardboard box laying around for a month? I threw it away after assembly. Thankfully Amazon was able to arrange a pickup and full refund. I will be spending the extra $1000 and getting a much better quality machine. Poor ethics on the sellers. Had the description matched the actual product I never would have purchased.
